We had a phenomenal stay at the resort! Easy to transport to and from the parks. The pool was awesome, the room was super clean. 100/100 best stay!!!

Front desk staff was PHENOMENAL. The front desk anyways. The food court checkout was a little below expectations and was giving run of the mill fast food employee. The lifeguards were a bit rude. One in particular was very nit-picky and was even pushy towards management to make a larger deal out of petty things when she didn’t get her way. Kind of a damper on the mood. Disappointed we had no microwave in our room. The doors to the rooms are SO heavy. We booked two rooms and they didn’t conjoin them so we constantly were holding this insanely heavy door to go in and out and have conversations with the rest of our group. Kind of obnoxious. BUT - other than that, Disney is Disney and the magic still felt alive at this resort. You buy it knowing you’re getting budget, I suppose. I was just still surprised at the quality of the rooms or lack-thereof. I’ve stayed in nicer motels. Just very very outdated and basic. Overall I probably wouldn’t want to stay here again but if you really want those on site perks and don’t mind the inconvenience of not having a microwave or don’t need ANY extras in your room as far as looks or quality, you’ll be fine. Just don’t expect any excitement from the room itself. The lobby and the statues are what this place has going for it. Also there’s no hot tub on the properties which kind of sucks when you’re sore and want to relax your muscles from park days.
