Bugs! When I book a cheap place, I am accepting that it might be dirty, stained, small rooms, smell weird, etc. However, I draw the line at bugs. And there were bugs all over the sink and tub crawling up from the drains. The property refused a refund...so surprising they were kind at first then were disrespectful and unprofessional once we said we weren't willing to sleep there with bugs

We checked in and found bigs in our bed. We were given a new room in a different building. We found bugs in that bed. We spent the night in our car sleeping elsewhere... I'm not saying they were bed bugs but there were bugs in our bed and they would not even refund us all our money after not staying. Terrible hotel, bad policies and yes I took pictures.

The condition of the room was disappointing. The shower head in our bathroom leaked throughout our stay, and the AC was extremely loud, making it difficult to relax or sleep comfortably. Housekeeping was not provided unless we specifically requested it, which was unacceptable for a hotel stay. The breakfast was equally disappointing and offered very few choices—only waffles, toast, yogurt, cereal, coffee, and tea. There was no milk, and the only fruit available was bananas, which frequently ran out. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations. Considering its condition, lack of basic services, inconvenient location, and limited breakfast, we would not recommend staying here.
