Disgusting. 3 giant roaches crawling around on the floor and on the bed as soon as I checked in. No wayyyyy I was sleeping there. There's a reason it's cheap.

I was there for a convention so I spent alot of time out of the hotel. The place was clean. The pool was nice. The breakfast was good. The vending machine had good prices. 7/11, ihop, diner, giftshops, walmart all within walking distance. Overall it was a good stay

I arrived later than planned. The woman at the front desk was very kind, and the room was clean. I liked the make your own waffles breakfast station.

The beds were brand new! The pool was very nice ! The staff was super accommodating and the breakfast was so convenient!

Mi esperiencia fue agradable, la habitación estaba en perfecto estado todo muy limpio y agradable con un excelente aroma y muy importante el baño y las ropas de cama estaban muy limpias e impecable el área de la piscina incluyendo la piscina estaban muy limpias ,había un laundry en la propiedad pero como no se me iso necesario no tuve que usarlo así que no se si avía que pagarlo ,el desayuno era el que estaba pobre solo tostadas ,mantequilla, café, jugo y banano deberían de incrementar un poco más de alimentos al desayuno para que sea más variado pero por lo demás todo estaba bien

Tried changing towels they wouldn’t let me Checked in for a week on fourth day asked for room to be cleaned they did NOT rooms are outdated too small tv didn’t work

The photos that are on display are fake the hotel is in very bad shape the room smells really bad when we get there did not spend 15 min in the room we leave and cancel the reservation and stay in other place we lose the money of the stay because they did not give us any refund i did not recommend it

There was a booking error with the occupancy number on our reservation they tried to make me book another room even though it was just me my fiancé and our infant this was after they took the room deposit. The front desk staff was so incompetent. They didn’t offer to resolve it until my mom told us to come to the resort they were booked at. Then we were fighting roaches the entire stay! We ended up leaving early anyway. 0/10 would not recommend.

Best part of the stay was they give complimentary shuttles for all Disney park.

Não tivemos limpeza nos quartos em nenhum dos dias que ficamos lá, apesar da taxa de limpeza ser cobrada. Só trocavam as toalhas e não limpavam nada. Café da manhã nem leite tinha. De resto, foi ok.
