The hotel is pretty old and run down. We definitely will not be returning

Upon entering our hotel room we were hit with what could only be described as a “mildew” like smell, one could assume that it was coming from the carpet. The carpet also didn’t feel as clean as well. During the first night, we saw a cockroach crawling along the tv stand, the icing on top of the cake. Not our favorite hotel experience if we’re being honest.

Ame este lugar, la habitación tiene todo lo necesario disponible. Salíamos del hotel y cuando regresábamos encontrábamos nuestro cuarto siempre limpio, toallas limpias siempre. Y nuestras pertenencias super seguras. Definitivamente lo escogería nuevamente.

Rooms were cleaned daily. Staff were very friendly and very clean grounds.

A very good hotel for the price I paid. Very friendly stuff and excellent location. Also very clean. The carpet is old, needs to be replaced.

The room was clean but the shower tile grout hasn’t been cleaned for a while to have some black grout

I liked the pool and the staff and the all the fun things to do. Last year, when I stayed here, the deposit was $50, but this year it increased to $150. The room itself was only about a 4 out of 10; the toilet barely worked, and we clogged it every time we used it. Honestly, I would like my money back, as this room was not satisfactory at all. The room I stayed in last year was much better. It felt like this room was not maintained well; the central AC was ineffective. Overall, it seemed more suitable for guests who didn't take care of their surroundings, and the room was only minimally cleaned—the trash was emptied, but nothing else was done.

Rooms really dirty and old dont book here you are better off paying $200-300 more for a thousand times better stay. Booked for 7 days and the bed sheets did not get changed once. They fix your bed with the same sheets they just turn them over. I know because my daughter spilled some of her juice i took it off came back to a fixed bed and i thought they were new sheets flip it over and same stains. Checked out early because it was disgusting. Each day found worms in restroom and found 4 insects

Breakfast is really good. The room was a little outdated but good to sleep at if you need somewhere quick to stay highly recommend

Regarding breakfast, It was good, but should have been because I paid for it. I thought I booked a Hotel but was given keys to a Motel. The pics online show a hotel. So that was a big BAIT AND SWITCH. I had to carry my luggage up a flight of stairs. Also, from 9pm to midnight in the courtyard were about 100 people cheering and screaming as if they were at a stadium.

The proximity to nearby stores It was dirty. The tub was clogged.
