My husband and I have stayed here before. This time around, my husband wasn't happy about the lack of water pressure in the shower, but that's usual. The room was beautiful. The view on the 7th floor was just amazing. I was wishing for a full refrigerator and freezer, but my husband fit everything we needed in the small refrigerator/freezer in the room. I kinda wished there was a side table or something on the window side of the bed for my glasses and such. Loved the Roku TV and we got to catch up on shows and news. I did have a problem turning the shower off: I turned the knob all the way over but the water was still on. My husband fixed it, so not an issue. I loved the two sinks - it just helped us out so much with the space. I like the location - so close to Walmart, to Starbucks and to World Drive. This was a good place and it's one of my husband's favorite hotels.

Pretty basic room, older building but definitely does the job for a Disney trip. Lots of shops near by, not the fanciest room but not bad.

But very clean and well maintained. The outdoor area pool and activities is well lit and easy access to. The restaurant and bar area are clean and well maintained as well. I enjoyed my stay here this time and others vacations to this area. I would stay again.

They change sheets everyday!!!! Our fridge had no freezer they put the ice packs for my insulin in the freezer at the desk. They were helpful all the way around. Great staff, everyone greats you when they walk by. Recommend this hotel everytime.

Nice lobby but air was broken Said pool view but the room had a courtyard view. The pool is really small in the courtyard. This more of a motel feel

The staff was very friendly and provided great service. Unfortunately, the rooms are very outdated, and the carpets have a strong old and damp smell. The hotel has a lot of potential, and with some renovations and improvements to the rooms, it could become a really great hotel. The main issue is the condition and smell of the rooms; everything else, especially the staff, was very good.
