Super 8 by Wyndham Kissimmee/Orlando

The staff is very nice and kind. They have a regular breakfast. You can park your car close to your room. However, they need to remake his de-inetisation. When I checked in, I chose a room close to reception, and within 10 minutes, I found 5 cockroaches in my room. After that, we were moved to a different room. In this new room, when I was sleeping, I woke up with a cockroach walking on me. I made my checkout early because we were stressed with this situation.

I made a seven-day reservation for five people—one adult and four children. The listing stated the room had two queen beds, but when I arrived, the beds were actually full-size. I had to pay extra for a cot so one of the children could sleep. The room was so small we could barely walk around, and the air conditioner was caked with dust; the room wasn't clean. We only stayed one night; I didn't leave sooner because we arrived at 12:30 AM, and it was too late to go to another hotel. That wasn't what I had booked, so I had to make a new reservation at a different hotel.

Very nice motel for a quick getaway to Disney. We spent most of our time in the park so the room was a comfortable place to lay down after a long day.

Hotel is disgusting , and extremely old, the interior of rooms need to be renovated , holes in the door , cigarette burns on the sheets , do not stay here.

The room was not clean when we arrived. The bathroom, especially the bathtub, was dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. As a family traveling with children, this was very concerning. The bedding was also disappointing. The sheets and blanket appeared dirty, and even after housekeeping serviced the room, the bedding was not replaced with clean sheets or fresh linens. That was extremely disappointing and did not meet basic cleanliness expectations for a hotel. The Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout our stay. It would connect for a short time and then repeatedly disconnect, making it difficult to use our devices. Another inconvenience was that the washing machine was out of service during our stay, which was frustrating for a family on vacation. Housekeeping was also very poor. Our room was not cleaned unless we specifically requested it. We expected regular housekeeping service, but instead we had to ask for the room to be cleaned, and even then the cleaning was incomplete. The location is one of the few positives, but unfortunately it did not make up for the poor cleanliness, lack of housekeeping, and maintenance issues. The seal around the door was non-existent so the room never got down below 72 degrees with the ac on full blast. The hot water took a long time to hear up.

Hotel is great location, check in was super easy. Now the room is definitely updated in some areas, others not so much. Its like they did half the work and said we're done. Beds were hard, and pillows from the dollar store, soft foamy filling. Oh the room floor is absolutely disgusting, your feet were black just after a few minutes walking on them. If your looking for cheap place this is perfect, if your looking for comfort I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Do not stay here. I had to check out the same day because our shower was full of flies and bugs. I told the front desk attendant and he was no help. I then tried to obtain a refund and they refuse to assist me. Even though I sent messages. I tried calling which they never answer the phone! Nasty hotel and bad customer service! I know it’s cheap but save yourself the headache it’s not Not Worth It!!

They Beds were pretty high even for me. my kids could not get on without assistance we had a nonsmoking room, but it looked like it was a smoking room. it was a pretty small room but had potential it does have small fridge and microwave. they should consider putting some type of storage or an organizer. idk that's just me. overall, it was an okay experience. the pictures of the rooms should be updated,

I had a great experience at this hotel. They had an easy check in process (informing you with all details), amenities was great, and it’s close by a lot of places. Thank you for such an amazing time.
