The heated pool, clean environment, lovely staff & free breakfast Shower water was luke warm

A experiência no hotel não foi boa. Os quartos não eram arrumados diariamente, sendo realizada a limpeza apenas a cada dois dias. Além disso, as toalhas eram recolhidas todos os dias, mas não eram repostas, o que nos causou bastante transtorno. O banheiro também estava sem a tampa do ralo. Fizemos reclamações durante a estadia, porém nenhuma providência foi tomada para resolver os problemas. Diante da experiência que tivemos, não recomendo este hotel.

The proximity to Disney, along with a great variety of restaurants, is definitely a plus for this location.

El desayuno era formidable y variado

The location to the parks were good and to restaurants around the area. The front desk staff was very friendly also. The breakfast is very basic and closes at 9h30 which is a bit early. I had an incident where the ceiling in the bathroom had a leak that flooded the bathroom overnight, and when I went to the bathroom I slipped and hurt my knee, they changed my room but did not offer any assistance after. The GM Kimberley is yet to get back to me with any positive feedback as to how I move forward with this incident. She just keeps twisting and turning, doesn’t return messages and keep saying she will contact me, but don’t hear back from her, and only come into work after 10am and leaves before 5pm, so I am not sure as to how she manages the place effectively. They told me to go to the hospital and pay my own bill as a foreigner visiting, this is not the way to deal with such kind of an incident. It’s like they were not taking accountability for the situation and being very uninterested in the situation which was very inappropriate considering it was negligence from the hotel.

My hotel room which I was told was just cleaned was filthy. I wiped down the all the surfaces before I laid my belongings out and my wipes were dirty. Around the toilet floor had blood that I cleaned before my family could use. The bathroom the sinks were dirty even after one day they refilled towels but look like they didn’t wipe anything down. Everything looked like it was never dusted. Looked like the only fixed beds and refilled towels. The main areas were fine. They were painting hallways while we were there. Staff was pleasant enough. The staffed during the breakfast rush were very nice. They kept everything filled and clean. The fresh cookies during day was also pleasant. The pool area was nice. Water looked like it needed more maintenance but adequate. The side entry doors that required our room keys to open, opened without the card key. Seemed unsafe. The pool locked better than the side doors to the hotel. But we’d stay again. Location was convenient.

Location is convenient to Disney, alternate route possible to avoid heavy traffic.
