I liked this place so much I came back. Breakfast provided, with a pool that is open till 11pm is a plus. It's clean, quiet and well maintained. All of the staff was exceptional.

Galleria Palms was fantastic! We actually stayed here twice because we left for a concert and came back late a few days later. The staff was super friendly and worked with me to get checked in in the early morning (even after the official check-in time). Everyone was informed of my situation, and I couldn't have asked for better experience. Plus, it's close to Dinsey and they offer shuttle service to both Disney and Universal directly from their front door. Highly recommend staying here.

The location is fantastic and the value is there but there are definitely some maintenance that needs to happen. Good breakfast. Great cookies!!!

Over all the property was okay. The room was clean but it seemed outdated like some plugs were loose. There were times the shower or sink water would stink. As well as the bed sheets didn’t smell completely clean. The phone service was horrible and WiFi didn’t work. We would have to exit the hotel to have complete service. Since it was just a place to come back to sleep and not stay all day was okay but was expecting something more. The good part was they had tea down stairs & fresh cookies. Someone would come and give us fresh towels which was good as well.

The best cookies! They were free. Shuttle was also free and helpful.

Place was clean. The breakfast was so so but otherwise it was a nice place to stay

We stayed over the holiday weekend and part of the hotel hallway was hot as if there was no AC on and the cable in our room was not working.

The staff were wonderful. Wish I knew the name of the young lady who checked us in on July 3 about 8:30pm. Super helpful and knowledgeable. The room was renovated and clean. Not my favorite breakfast but it did its job until lunch.

Stay was fine for the price, staff was pleasant and super helpful. Accommodations were more than adequate for a hotel at this price point. A leaky, dripping faucet was no big deal, mildly annoying. Breakfast was a bit of a downer, even considering it’s “free”. Hint - not everybody is a fan of turkey bacon and turkey sausage ☺️

The location to walt Disney world! The drive was super close. The only thing I had an issue with was our faucet and shower leaked water there was no way to turn it completely off. And the bottom of the door the gap was pretty large so it let a lot of light in at night so I just put a towel across it which helped. The laundry machines were ok kinda pricey but u pay for convenience! One of the dryers didn’t work it wasn’t getting hot so we had spent $6.00 for drying that never happened so we moved once the other dryer was available. The breakfast was good. It sucks you can’t bring the food up to ur room to eat. But it was good the pancakes were good too! Coffee and juices along with yogurt and hot foods was a nice addition to not having to go far to have food before u head to Disney!! Your around a lot of good restaurants so that’s a huge plus and also target is not to far away maybe a 10-15 min drive. The beds were comfortable not to hard or soft. The ac worked excellent since it was so muggy outside it was nice to take ur cool shower then step into ur cool room and relax after a long hot day at disney! If you’re on a budget this is a great price and place to stay!! The staff was super friendly and welcoming! The leaking shower and bathroom faucet. Minor leaks but just thinking about water wastage.

The location is perfect and staff were very friendly. Outstanding service. And the breakfast menu changes almost daily. So for long stay it’s definitely a plus. The hotel offered free cookies daily and free shuttle to the parks as well. Nothing bad about the property actually except that’s was a bit outdated. Some remodeling would make it rank among the top hotels in the area.
