Galleria Palms Hotel

Stayed two nights. Breakfast was just OK first morning, but excellent the second morning. The rooms are always clean and the daily housekeeping is always a bonus. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was better than expected. Staff was friendly, everything was clean, the buffet breakfast was delicious and varied everyday. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It looked remodeled, except for the shower head. It was very dirty and rusted. Our only other issue was only 1 elevator was working. We were there 4 days with one elevator and a hotel full of people. Many times people were waiting for long periods of time. Check in and out was quick and easy.

Air conditioning was great however has an irritating vibration sound when on.

Simple, clean place to stay for Disney that is affordable. I’ve stayed twice now and each time was great. Location is convenient and located next to a cvs and other stores if you need anything.

Ohhhh and did u mentioned the breakfast, hot every morning. Thank you for a beautiful time. My grand kids asked when we coming back again.

Habitación limpia, personal muy agradable y preocupada. Excelente ubicación. Sin embargo solo podría mencionar que el desayuno faltan alimentos a muy temprana hora, un día se quedaron sin yogurt a las 8 am, máquinas en mal estado dispensador de jugo. Por otro lado cuando llegamos había un lava mano en mal estado y un señor muy amable lo fue a reparar. También tu propio internet no llega al hotel, por lo tanto si o si debes pedir la clave del wifi.

The staff was beyond courteous from check in to check out! The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was a good variety. Free parking and cookies were just icing on the cake. I will gladly stay here again!!!

Great place with a great location. Room has frig, microwave, coffeemaker and a safe. Free parking and no resort fee. Hallway was quiet after 10 pm, which is not always the case in the surrounding hotels due to proximity to theme parks. Freshly baked cookies throughout the day is a plus. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Will stay again next time I’m in the area.
