The breakfast was well prepared and delicious! We also enjoyed the cookies and coffee that was served daily until 7p.m. Lastly, the staff was helpful and friendly. I would say the only thing missing was a hot tub!

Parking was great. Lots of spots available. The person checking us in was excellent. The person checking us out was not personable but not rude. The room was ok, the linens seemed clean but wrinkled. The A/C unit made a water dripping sound when running but overall ok room for price. The breakfast was one of those prepackaged deals where you get the low quality plastic wrapped bagels, muffins etc. They did have a variety of items so not bad but quality of the food was low. The main reason I am rating this hotel low is because of the noise level. We were on the first floor and heard everything from the lobby and hallway. There was zero noise protection, could hear every conversation and since this is a hotel, there was noise during most hours of the day and night. The pro was the cleanliness of the place. I would not choose to stay here again unless I just needed a place to rest my head and wanted to save money. Not great but not awful. Felt appropriate for the price paid compared to other hotels so I if you wish to save money, it is not an awful choice.

The room is a standard clean room. Enjoyed the free breakfast. Simple and did the job. Staff was absolutely amazing. Very polite and attentive front desk. Cleaning crew were just as courteous. Love that ihop is a simple 1 minute walk away!

My only problem is with the shower rod. Tons of water did not stay in the tub.

Gostei muito do hotel. Staff atencioso, sempre tinha café disponível e cookies de cortesia a tarde. O quarto tinha camas boas, espaço, tudo necessário. Pontos de melhoria apenas as roupas de cama (coberta áspera) e um chuveiro mais potente.

The location was great, the staff was nice and the room was clean. It was worth the price being so close to Disney. For the most everything was clean however there was one picture hanging on the wall in the room that was dirty not sure why it hadn't been taken down yet and the bed wasn't as comfy as I would have liked but for staying 2 nights it was do-able.

Location was great very clean when you walked in you could just smell the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast was was great and the cookies was just like the cherry on top of the sundae from 4 to 10 fresh baked cookies out on the desk when you checked in, I mean, how great was that at the end of the night when you were coming back from a park or or something and your kids are just tired and you give them like a warm cookie to go to bed and fresh coffee 24 seven it was absolutely great. I would recommend this property in this hotel to anybody. Nothing really bad to say about the property

Everything was pleasant, thoughtful and clean from check in to check out.
