My daughters & I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ettel! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The hotel is exceptionally clean honestly, one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed at. Everything was spotless, fresh, and very well taken care of. The location is fantastic, close to so many attractions while still feeling safe and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful, and they truly made us feel at home. We traveled with our dog, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful and pet-friendly this hotel is. It made traveling with our furry family member so easy and enjoyable. ❤️ The food was absolutely delicious, the accommodations were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. Ettel really gives you that home away from home feeling.We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended, especially if you’re traveling with a pet! ❤️

I recently stayed at my all-time favorite hotel in Orlando, and I have to say, it’s a true gem! Every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The service is top-notch, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the overall experience is nothing short of fantastic. It really feels like a home away from home, and it never fails to make my trips to Orlando even more special. I can’t recommend this hotel enough to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Food was so good...Staff was incredible! Perolona was phenomenal! She was very patient and knowledgeable!!! Looking forward to coming back!

When asked how my stay was, I told them the desk that it was “ok.” I was asked why it was only okay and I let them know that standards of cleanliness did not meet a 5 star rating. I could tell the man at the desk was not happy w me,

It’s always a pleasure to stay here. From check in, to check out it is always great! The restaurant is out of this world good.

The smell when you walk into the hotel feels luxurious. The staff is friendly. The rooms are well-sized & well-stocked with nice amenties. The bed is comfortable. The small gym is well equipped. The brown noise machine is a PLUS! The spa was not really a spa but a treatment room. It would've been nice to have a hamam and steam room. The music from the pool pumps all day long and can be heard in the room. The location is dreary - you're staring out at a CVS + cheesy tourist shops.

The size (boutique), with a superb restaurant, Salt and the Cellar. Did not have any negative experiences.

This is my second stay at this hotel in two years, Honestly I expected the quality to drop down but they shocked me everything was perfect, The staff is one of the most amazing things in this hotel they are very friendly and helpful.

Ette hotel was so nice, clean and relaxing! It smelt amazing and really had a luxurious feel. The staff were also so attentive and friendly! Will definitely be staying again whenever I visit Orlando! Everything was great

I loved this hotel! Upscale vibe and still close to Disney. Very clean. Parso was very helpful from check in until checkout. The entire stay was wonderful and will stay here again to come back to Disney.
