The little store was actually great—you could buy Mickey Mouse souvenirs there at the same prices as Walmart, as well as snacks and other items. The gentleman who works at the store was a very nice and helpful person. Overall, the location was convenient, but unfortunately, the condition of the hotel and the breakfast were not good.

It was clean and the staff was nice. The breakfast was good and the ladies serving it were very nice. It's an older hotel but, the price was fantastic.

Could check in at 3 PM as stated and reservation. When I asked manager, Lisa stated that just because it stated 3 PM doesn’t mean I could check in at 3 PM. Rooms were not clean. Staff were not friendly. Don’t waste your money. Look somewhere else.

Clean room, great breakfast

Shower was not hot the hotel was okay the rugs smelled moldy I saw a dead roach in my first room and got switched to another room and that was cleaner.

The staff is wonderful. So helpful and friendly.The room we had was a family suite and perfect for my husband, granddaughters and I. Breakfast was decent and the pool was fun. Close to everything. This is our second time staying here but not our last. This is our go to hotel in Kissimmee.

It’s ok for the prices that you are paying and it’s in a good location

Anytime you asked any of them a question the response was no English. Breakfast was supposed to finish at 9 am but some items that finished by 8:30 was never refilled on most days.

We come lat to the hotel . Last minute booking and the check in lady was nice. The room is very old and not updated. Wasn’t so clean especially the bathroom.

The place is convenient but not that well maintained

The hotel was definitely not bad and I will stay here again! The price is good for what you are getting. Although breakfast isn't the best but it's not the worst. They needed spray for waffle maker, nice touch with Mickey waffle maker!! Pool area decent, So the bad side of the hotel first.... definitely dirtier room , outdated, and cracking floors and walls in bathroom. Upon arriving in my room, I had noticed the bathroom toilet was definitely not cleaned previously to me checking into the room. There were pubic hairs on top of the toilet and the toilet inside was dirty as well so they sent Maintenance up to handle the side of the issue of the toilet that had a puddle of water next to it. I said it seemed like the toilet was leaking. Well Maintenance use the same towel to clean up all the water off of the floor next to the toilet said the toilet was not leaking and that he cleaned the toilet obviously didn't have any cleaning supplies or anything with him he had the towel in his hand that he used to wipe the water up so he clearly wiped the water up and then wiped off the toilet with that same towel and was done cleaning that toilet. It was absolutely disgusting! So I'll try to keep this simpler bed was old mattress very old no bedbugs, though! We did stay the three nights stay we were supposed to stay. I would definitely recommend bringing your own cleaning wipes like Clorox wipes!
