Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life. The room was disgusting dirt and trash in the floor. Horrible smells and black mold in the bathroom.

I stayed here when it FIRST opened but under a different name. My, how things have changed. The building has a weird smell, the smell of body odor in the elevator was almost unbearable. Some slats in the blinds were broken, and the blanket on the bed is VERY thin. Walls are thin too, I could hear people talking in the next room and in the parking lot (I was on the 3rd floor). The hallway floor was greasy and slippery. I would NOT stay here again.

Location All about the inside room, abandoned, rusted fixtures, bathroom door was all damages by humidity, linnens where Thirty!!!

Location was great! Laundry facility was good The smell at the entrance and cleanliness was awful, like broken pipes with fungus . Luckily in the room the smell was pleasant . I choose this hotel since in other location near space center the facility was pleasant, but on this location at Kissimmee wasn’t good at all .

My room was pretty dirty. Floors weren't cleaned, bed sheets had stains. Also, my TV didnt even have a power cord so I couldn't watch TV. The only good thing I can say about this place is great for location. Close to disney, walking distance to Island H20, and good food spots around. I wouldn't stay here again.

My room was infested with German cockroaches, before that I get to the front desk to check in. I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up after I called them on the lobby phone to say I was there beside that. It was altogether a horrible experience.
