The room was very clean and location was great. It’s very close to all Disney parks. Breakfast was also pretty good.

Room was not maintained well. There were lot of insects/bugs/roaches in the room. Not a hygiene room. Front desk staff were not kind and cooperative for the customer request/concerns.

Paola was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. She made both the check-in and check-out processes smooth and pleasant, and her warm and professional service really stood out. We truly appreciated her hospitality! The building and rooms are a little dated, but everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It didn’t interfere with our overall experience, and we had a very pleasant stay.

Good location if you want to be on a fair distance to the Disney and Universal parks. Fairly big room, fairly nice breakfast (the waffle machine being a big plus), friendly staff, nice little swimming pool. Bathroom had only overhead shower head with very bad water pressure. Air conditioning was loud and didn't get the temperature low enough. Refrigator was also quite loud.

Bathroom was old and gross. No one wanted to use the shower. Breakfast smelled bad, did not eat. Check in was fabulous. Loiters in the parking lot all night.

Room was very clean.the shower was good with good water pressure and hot water, great location, great breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff at check in was super lovely especially since we were checking in well past midnight. The hotel overall served its purpose for a place to sleep and shower. The beds were super comfy in my opinion which was amazing after a long park day! The closeness to the parks was really nice!!Most of the outlets in our room didn’t work though which was frustrating. Our room had an odd smell and felt a bit musty but we got used to it after a bit (putting AC on helped too). There was a little bit of previous guest’s hair on the shower wall which wasn’t pleasant to find but easy enough to remove. For the price and overall experience, we would stay again probably.

The location is great close to every thing and Disney great service The place is dates we had a stale smell almost musty in the room. The shower was really old and peeling. It was cleaned and comfortable but this hotel needs a face lift

Its my fourth time staying here and I wouldn’t change it

The shower water most of the night was cold didn’t get hot. The treadmill in the workout room wasn’t working and the TV wires were hanging out the bottom and wires hanging out the bottom of the TV in our room also. When they said they had a shuttle for the Disney area, they meant Disney shuttles the guest and only comes once at 8:30 am in the morning and back at 6 PM at night so if you wanted to come home anytime earlier, you had to pay for Uber or a taxi so that was kind of deceiving. Also, the only day I decided to eat their breakfast I went downstairs to fix a plate for my husband, which is handicap and they wouldn’t let me take it up to the room so he could eat, So really I can’t tell you about their breakfast cause we really didn’t eat any of it. I was kind of disappointed in the whole service. Won’t stay there again.

Bed mattress comfort was superior and was obviously new and very comfortable. Olser hotel that has had minor refresh but still need much more updating. Dtaff was not unfriendly but not engaging and most staff lacked in creating a sense of "hospitality", I would rate this hotel at a 2.0 - 2.5 max. Included breakfast was underwhelming and quality lacking. Room cleanliness was lacking and we found a worm in our bathroom. Overall acceptable for price but not a superior value.
