Great breakfast options and decent room

It was so comfortable, clean and close to everything!

Todo estuvo muy bien , lo único que no me gustó es que las habitaciones tienen mucho olor a humedad. Todo estaba muy limpio , las camas muy cómodas , las duchas con una presión de agua perfecta , el desayuno bastante variado.

Les chambres ont du vécu et ça se voit. La porte de la chambre ne fait pas sécuritaire du tout. La salle de bain n'était pas propre.

Very clean and a friendly staff. Excellent AC and exceptional shower for a quick stay after traveling late. 24 hour desk a big help. Exactly what we needed as a bridge to longer stay inside of Disney.

Excellent customer service. The room is very clean. Everything close the restaurants, outlets and universal studios. Good breakfast.. I recommend.

Will stay again

The Staff members were friendly and always went above and beyond with any requests. The breakfast was hot and delicious every morning during my family’s and my 12 night stay. There is a wide variety of items ranging from cereals, eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, fruits, biscuits and gravy etc.. The rooms were very clean with the most comfortable beds and the premises was well maintained. The location is very close to restaurants and the Disney theme parks which is perfect. There is a lot of parking and it’s free for guests. Will definitely be staying here again!

Our front door would not shut unless we put our whole body weight on it to shove it shut. Same with the bathroom door. The door did not reach the ground so we saw bugs and rain water come in through the door. We arrived at 2am and would have declined staying there had it not been so early. We were supposed to stay for two nights before our Disney trip and checked out at 9am the next morning because we did not feel like it was safe or worth it to stay again and payed the premium price to go to a Disney hotel a day early. When I went to check out I was yelled at by the front desk person for not saying something sooner and that since I didn’t say anything I can’t have a refund for my second night and at that point I didn’t care (but at 2am all we wanted to do was sleep). She didn’t seem so shocked about the state of the front door of the room. If it was just our room that had that problem out of all of them, it should not have been given to anyone. Additionally, the “shuttle” to the parks is only a one park drop off time and pickup at a totally separate park so not necessarily a perk unless it fits into your exact schedule.

Staff were exceptional and friendly. They were very helpful and quick to resolve any minor issues. Breakfast was fantastic - a large spread for a continental breakfast. Quiet, clean, easy parking.

The woman at the front desk was very nice. Beds that are worn out and lumpy.

PROXIMITY TO ENTERTAINMENT PARKS

Excellent value for money and a great base for visiting the parks. The staff were friendly, attentive and responsive from the moment I booked through to check-out, which was quick and seamless. The room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed, including tea and coffee facilities and very effective air conditioning. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well throughout my stay. Although I missed breakfast due to early starts, it was nice to see there were snacks and other food options available. The complimentary shuttle buses to the parks were also a great addition. The room was looking a little dated and there were a few minor structural issues, such as visible cracks in places, which could do with some attention. They didn't affect my stay, but refreshing the rooms would really elevate the hotel. I'd also like to see a later return shuttle from the parks. The last bus leaves at 10:50pm, which is a little early considering some parks stay open until 11pm—I missed it one evening!

Good location. Easy access to Disney. Discount stores and fast food nearby.
