This place is a mess , starting that rooms smells pretty bad amenities were not clean pill was not clean had an emergency had to go a day before I pay for stay protection and anyway they did not cancel it don’t stay here will give 0 star if possible

Id recommend TVs with the ability to see whats on, and a feature to use our netflix or Disney + to watch Disney movies while we are here. That was a bummer to not only not be able to do that, but the guide didnt work at all. Love this hotel still but for a disney night like we planned, it might be better to do somewhere else

Nos gustó, pagamos un fee supuestamente por que éramos 4 en la habitación (un extra por una persona) siempre se nos dejó todo para 3 personas! Ósea que pagamos un extra por algo que no se nos ofreció. Tampoco se nos rellenó los café y vasos cada día. He ido muchas veces, lo recomiendo pero esta vez nos falló eso, voy hace 3 años consecutivos seguro y jamás tuve un problema. Más si queres ir a los parques de Disney, están súper cerca de ahí. Cuenta con parking para autos y para cargar autos eléctricos !

Much better than I thought. I specifically asked for a quiet room at the farther end and slept great in quiet. Staff friendly.

The room was very clean and convenient to our function. Only problem was that there were no luggage carts at the tower entrances. You had to go to the main entrance for one.

Also the hotel is near to disney world and easy access to everything especially restaurants. Their cafe bar inside the hotel was good too especially their pizza its a must try. Overall, our stay was so good we will definitely coming back next time.

Overall, I feel like this building needs to have more money put into it to take care of the customers. It is Florida and for four ice machines to be down at the same time is ridiculous.

My first experience irmts very nice

Only thing I can complain about is not having towel until after 9pm I had to continuously call for them and eventually they brought them.

The room was not cleaned as requested and personal items were missing.

The staff was very helpful. The bathroom and room could be a bit cleaner. The location is excellent for parks.

Will come again!!
