Encore Resort at Reunion

We booked this hotel specifically because of the water park and originally planned to stay for one night. Unfortunately, there was a storm the day we arrived, so we were unable to use the water park. Because of that, while I was still waiting for our room to be ready — approximately 20 minutes after checking in — I asked the front desk if we could extend our stay an additional night and check out Saturday instead of Friday. I was told YES, no problem. The hotel processed everything and charged the $500 incidental hold. Based on the hotel confirming our additional night, I placed a large Walmart grocery order for my entire family since we would now be staying for two days. Approximately 45 minutes after we finally got into our home, I received a call from the front desk telling me that they had made a mistake and we could no longer extend our stay in the same home because someone else had booked it. This made absolutely no sense to me. I had just been told by their staff that our extension was confirmed. We made plans and spent money based on the information THEIR staff provided us, only to have them reverse it shortly afterward. I spent approximately 45 minutes on the phone with the front desk trying to figure out a reasonable solution. Eventually, I was transferred to a supervisor named Brian W., who would not provide his full last name. Unfortunately, Brian made an already frustrating situation significantly

The property was amazing. Amenities were fantastic. The only downfall for this whole property was the breakfast which was offered.

The property was terrific and absolutely amazing. Me and my family will be returning here again next year. The site, home, and resort is truly a five star experience. Staff was friendly and always available. Only improvement i would recommend, is that they fix there wifi. Wifi is not reliable. But other then that it was home away from home.

It was very clean. I loved that every room had its own bathroom it was 9 women and it was great. The only 2 complaints I have is the mattresses in every room except the bedroom downstairs you can feel the springs not to comfortable. The tvs need to be upgraded it was almost impossible to connect to Netflix etc… specially in the living room. We had to move to the master bedroom to watch a movie on Netflix. The pool was amazing enough parking for 5 cars. Overall it was a great weekend at the water park. Also breakfast was included.

House needs to be clean for real, carpet was awful full of all kinds of stuff, sheets with stains and even blood, the staff said was gonna take care and never did. Arcade had like 4 games the rest were machines to spent more credits the kinds of you never win anything. Bath at master even had a roach. Very disappointed I won't pay for this again

This was our second time staying at the resort. I love the resort and all of the amenities that it offers. Although this time in our house, the carpet was old and dirty, along with the couch. It was extremely dirty with visible stains. All of the white sheers that hung from the windows were also dirty.

I like everything except for their late 4pm check in and early 10am check out and still get charged for full days.

When we arrived, the refrigerator wasn’t working and we had to call for assistance. A replacement wasn’t delivered until around 11:00 p.m. We also discovered roaches and had to wait for an exterminator to be sent out. The outdoor furniture was torn and in poor condition, the downstairs cabinet was falling apart, and the baseboards were very dirty. The hot water was limited, making it difficult for everyone to shower comfortably. The dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes properly, and when we used the washing machine, it bleached our clothes. We ended up having to run the washer twice before using it to avoid ruining additional clothing. We were also disappointed to learn that the hot tub doesn’t actually get hot unless you pay an additional fee to activate the heater. In one of the Jack-and-Jill bathrooms, the door wouldn’t close or lock properly. The direct tv on the televisions also constantly reset or would disconnect, interrupting whatever we were watching. That said, there were some positives. The home was very spacious and accommodated our group comfortably. We also really enjoyed the backyard, which was a great place to relax, and the location was convenient for getting to nearby attractions.

Front desk is polite but seem like part timers finding their way around. Water park is well worth it

Have to pay extra for the heat of a hot tub? The free breakfast was a joke. Basic items and the EXACT same 4-5 items every day.

Everything was excellent

The property itself was nice but there was damage to our rental property throughout. Not to mention there were stains. We tried to use amenities in the main part of the resort but they either closed early or were closed period. Nice place but I don’t think we’ll be back.

Pool was dirty, ice maker didn’t work, pool light was out and toaster wasn’t working

This was a wonderful property! The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. My family truly enjoyed our time here and absolutely loved the property. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The staff was so nice and friendly,they made the check in so smooth , The house was gorgeous and very spacious.

There were a few things broken but easy to repair. My home was comfortable and I will definitely be returning. That staff were excellent!!!

Washing machine was very loud and unbalanced, it might to be checked. Pool was great and kept clean from leaves. The kitchen needs some improvement since the dishwashers are rusty and don’t clean well. 2 Pans and 3 pots are really not enough. Overall we had a great stay!

From the staff, the cleanness and very family friendly this is a great place to stay when on vacation in the four corners of Florida. I highly recommend it is all you need on vacation.
