The room was very clean, it was very comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. I did not eat breakfast but I look the area and it looked very neat and clean. Parking lot is spacious.

Room wasnt dirty but wasnt super clean either. The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable, good nights sleep. Pool looked nice but I didn't go in. Gym was nothing, 3 machines in a utility closet. Breakfast was also nothing, some bagels and hard boiled eggs. Good value for the cost though, staff seemed nice.

One of the waffle machines is broken. We were unable to get waffles due to that other than that everything was perfect.

My bed had dirty sheets hair and the sheets had stains everywhere. The room was dirty but the front desk was helpful and gave me a different room. Not ever staying there again.

La limpieza de las habitaciones muy muy buenas, fui con mi familia y me dijeron lo mismo, buena limpieza. Toallas siempre disponibles, Él área del comedor muy limpio. Las empleadas del servicio muy amables, personas muy disponibles al momento de solicitar algún servicio. Lo recomiendo y volvería a utilizarlo, la limpieza es muy importante para mi. El área de la piscina o alberca en buenas condiciones.

Very satisfied with our hotel stay. Everything was very clean, no bad smells. The room was very spacious. The staff is wonderful they make sure you feel like home. Definitely recommend 💯

Check in was easy. The TV in our room didn't work. When I reported it, the person at the desk didn't apologize or make a note of it. The bed was comfortable but there were stains on the lamp shade and drapes. The toilet is installed so close to the cabinet that I couldn't sit comfortably. When I checked my account in the morning, they had charged a $100 deposit that I wasn't told about. When I asked about it I was told it would take 7-10 days to get it back. The breakfast was cereal, bananas and a waffle machine. Will not stay here again!!
