Rooms Smell

Passable

The only two negative points I have - which have nothing to do with Sharmain, as I am sure she would have helped resolve them had I mentioned it - are: #1- The room odor: There was a persistent, unpleasant smell in room 1105 throughout my stay. It seemed to be embedded in the carpet. #2 -The breakfast selection: The offerings felt extremely limited. There were no eggs, sausage, or hot items of that sort, despite the advertisement of a continental breakfast. The spread consisted only of yogurt, pre-wrapped bagels and muffins, fruit juice, and a pancake machine. Had Sharmain not made such a great first impression, the breakfast alone might have prompted me to look for another hotel, as I was really looking forward to a full continental breakfast each morning. Sharmain completely saved the experience. She is an exceptional asset to your team and truly deserves recognition or a promotion. Thank you.

The room had a musty smell. I work up with a sore throat. I believe there was mold in the room.

Hotel security was on a total power trip. Was policing guests on what they were wearing telling them it was inappropriate and that they had to cover up or get kicked out. My wife was wearing a romper with shorts underneath that came down to mid thigh. He said it was too short.

Wifi did not reach our building. We did not have internet service while in our room. Our stay was 5 nights. Housekeeping is not provided unless requested. It is to be provided after 3 for longer stays. We did not receive any housekeeping services.

Amazing, thank you so much.
