Quality Inn & Suites Heritage Park

Friendly staff, easy check in. The room was clean. Lots of restaurants nearby to eat out. They do have complimentary breakfast . They had a waffle station, bagels, boiled eggs, yogurt, fruits, cereals, coffee, tea, juice. There was also a microwave.

I like this hotel property was clean very helpful staff good variety for breakfast the rooms were just a little moist almost like something needs to be done with the air conditioners or need a dehumidifier

As a single woman, I did not feel safe in the area. It felt really sketchy outside with people loitering around the front door. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. But I asked for a room on the first floor because I’ve recently had knee surgery and they were not offering those rooms because they needed the carpets cleaned. There was no elevator and I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs with a bad knee and it was not an awesome experience. The carpeting on the stairway looks like it was put there in 1931 and has not been cleaned since. I wasn’t even sure I was going to stay. But the actual room was clean and adequate for what I needed. The bed was really comfortable and the sheets were soft. It was basic, but it had what I needed. I just didn’t wanna leave the room after dark because of the area we were in. Breakfast was OK. There were bananas and oranges and some boiled eggs. There was also a waffle machine which I didn’t use but wanted to mention it was there. The coffee didn’t suck in the area was really clean. Other than the location, it was fine for the night.

The rooms were cleaned and the staff very helpful, the pictures don’t really show exactly what the rooms are like. The outside no were near the pictures you expected to see.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient parking. The property was comfortable and well-kept. The only downside was that the breakfast had limited options. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would stay here again.

Was fine for an overnight stay. Breakfast was a plus

This is an older hotel but we stayed here because of its proximity to Silver Spurs Arena, which is literally like 2 minutes away. Even though it is an older and smaller hotel, it gave us what we needed while we were attending our daughter’s barrel race. The rooms were clean, the air conditioner was SUPER cold, the bathroom and shower was clean with extremely hot water in the shower, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. I recommend for anyone who just needs a place to sleep in this area.
