Ramada by Wyndham Hotel & Water Park

Buen servicio, lástima que el parque acuático estaba cerrado, igual es una buena experiencia, nos atendieron bien, solo una cosa y deberían variar más el desayuno, porque siempre era lo mismo, pero igual todo estuvo bien y es fueron muy buenas vacaciones

Perfecto espectacular limpio y amable

Waterpark not working pool was closed had to pay a 29.00 resort fee when I got there with no ammendities even said something to check in person won’t be back. Lots of trash on ground by trash cans told check out lady when leaving

Bad

Room was clean, staff was friendly and very helpful, But my family and I traveled from different parts of the states to have fun with the grandkids , But was so disappointed , we booked our vacation from June to have some fun with the children at the water park. We went August 20th , They send us a message a week before we arriving , we didn’t know everything was closed down until we get there, Everything was closed when we got there. Only a pool was open. The children was so disappointed. Nothing for the kids to do. We had to find some where else to go, so we booked another Hotel and left the next morning., The kids and teenagers had so much fun, I hope when they finish renovation we can try again .

Everything look old

The water slide was closed longer than they make it seems was very unfair to travel so far and misleading had to rebook another hotel

The water park was closed so I found it ridiculous that we still had to pay a resort fee given all we did was stay overnight and didn't use the pool or the bar or the breakfast. I think we could have found something much more reasonable especially if only staying overnight and spending the day at Seaworld.

Won’t ever go back again. Water park was closed the entire time. Lobby wouldn’t answer the phone.

The room was very clean , the staff was great and the food was very good

It looked abandoned like something out of Jeepers creepers everything was roped off and dirty

The cleanliness, the slide didn’t work, breakfast was too basic. Tiki bar wasn’t open.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had.
