The room seemed clean, but the property is old and not well cared for. Check-in process was painful. Asked for wifi password and was given wrong info had to go back to lobby and ask again as there are no phones to call the lobby.

The staff was helpful when we had issues during check in and with connecting to the internet but that was about it. I did not feel safe anywhere on this property. Right from the beginning there were issues entering the room because the lock was not programmed correctly. The room looks like water has damaged the majority of the bathroom, the bathroom also looks dirty and uncared for. To be honest the room looks like someone died there. From the moment I walked in the room I knew that the ad on Booking was completely different from the room I received. It was dirty and absolutely the bare minimum. To be honest my children and I never stayed in the room. My husband was the only one willing to stay because we paid a nonrefundable payment. The remote for the TV didnt even have a volume button! I wish there was a way to get some of our money back. We paid a pet deposit that we shouldn't have because I didnt let my dog even stay there with my husband it was that bad. Do not trust the pictures on the website because they used the best room they had and said thats what all rooms look like when in fact they did not. I feel scammed and super annoyed that I spent over 300 dollars plus the 75 pet fee for a room I never even used, which is why my husband chose to sleep there for a few nights. Do not stay here if you have family.

This place is insane no pool like said in the website dirty every where stairs rooms bathrooms roches every where dirty bed with hairs from someone else stinks coffee makers dirty towels stinks really disappointed place to stay

I enjoy staying here. It's very comfortable and clean. I also enjoy how quiet it is, a total vacation!!

The room and bathroom were filthy. There was visible mold in the shower, on the walls, and throughout the room. The whole place smelled terrible. The bed sheets were stained with multiple colors that looked like bodily fluids and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. The AC barely worked and was being held up by a stick. There was no hot water at all. The door barely locked, which made us feel completely unsafe. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Save your money and stay somewhere else

Absolutely nothing it shouldn’t even be available as a hotel to stay at Everything it was completely disgusting and also found out that someone was nurdered there our first night

Mildew holes in curtains fleas on the bed i could go on i only stayed 15 minutes out of a three day stay And can't get my money back

Although the room smelled very good upon entering I had to purchase bleach and additional cleaning product to clean the tub and walls within the whole room. We also saw a lot of bugs in our room.. there was no table and chairs. We were informed that table and chairs are given only two people who booked the room longer than three days. The staff however was extremely nice. Unfortunately, I just used to better accommodations. 😞
