Pet concerns: My 94 year old mother found two cockroaches in the bathroom. Additionally, as we were leaving for breakfast, we noticed a yellow jacket nest on the ceiling, which we reported to the front desk. Air conditioning issues: The air conditioning system was malfunctioning. While the second floor rooms were cool, the first floor remained very hot. The unit turned on and off every five minutes throughout the entire night, making it impossible for us to rest. Given our long-standing loyalty to Reunion Resort, we were very disappointed by these conditions.

The golf was amazing, which is why we stayed there The main tower hotel is a bit aged, cockroaches were present in our kitchen which was gross

pay to stay on property. Clubhouse restaurant was amazing food but be aware if you sre not golfing you are not allowed to eat there. They stated for golfers only.

The room above us the toilet leaked into our bathroom. The front desk asked us what do we want them to do about it!! We got moved to a room without AC.

The room wasn’t what was shown on the listing. The room we had was older and dated. The restaurants weren’t open but only one day we were there. The water park was closed the first day we were there as well. It would have been nice to have this communicated to us. The parking situation wasn’t great either. There are very few spots for the people staying and more so the spots are for the members. Another thing is there was a roof top pool shown and that is strictly for the members. Which is very deceiving. Disappointed in the stay but overall the only saving grace was the water park (when it was open)

We ended up in a bigger room. It was very clean. Loved how close the pool was. Very private and quiet. There were many amenities we didn't try because we were there for a specific purpose but the resort has a lot to offer.

Spaciousness. Onsite water park. Quiet. Convenient. Lift out or order. Clubhouse welcome was very transactional.

Villa was perfect and very quiet. Golf courses were excellent. Not being able to use cash is absolutely ridiculous.

The rooms are clean. The amenities are excellent. The hospitality of the transports are great.
