Star Island Resort and Club

It was perfect and the amenities were great!

I reserved what I thought was a 3 bedroom unit because they had it listed as a 3 bedroom. It was 2 separate unit that they combined through a door and it was one bedroom each and you are to use the extra living room as the third bedroom. So they have no privacy in that room. They did not stock the bathroom with any toilet paper so ran out in one day and had to request more to be brought up. No elevator in our building so we had to carry all luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Had to call security at 2:30 am because units close by were out on balcony make a ton of noise. And a good amount of black bugs in room. Called front desk to speak to a manager and none on until 1 pm next day and we were out until late so manager off again when we got back.

Unit had low shower pressure and the bedroom tv had no remote. Other than that everything was great!

Everything was perfect!! Star Island will be where I stay on future trips to Orlando! We loved everything about the resort!

My husband and I stayed here and will be back! Clean, practical, good price.

The rooms are incredible with an awesome hot tub and are very clean, the staff were great too. The front desk, the deli workers, and the bartenders especially are beyond phenomenal. The bar itself is super fun, right by the pool where you'd want it to be, and next door to the deli for an easy quick bite.

I didn’t stay here I want my money back I didn’t stay my son got into it with a guy there and they put us out didn’t stay here want money back

There were a lot of activities. Everything you need is on the property no need to leave.. close to food and shopping. Jacuzzi jets should be cleaned. When my husband turned on the jets and turned them off there were particles floating in the water

It was amazing very clean rings huge pools very clean

I didn't like the hot water in rooms was not hot or hardly hot at all Also the 3 bed room apartment the have pull out bed in sofa listed as queen size, which to me that pretty small and didn't look like queen size to me in my honest look

All I can say is me and my wife loved it and we will be visiting again
