I come here every few years when I need a mental rest. The place is so peaceful and worth the price. Jenny in the spa spent two hours with me and it was everything I needed. Richard

The grounds are nice and there is a poolside bar, a little store that serves food. They have bingo some nights, karaoke. You don't have to leave the resort

Around 11:00 PM, I called the front desk to check on the status of the room. I was told it was ready and that security would be bringing us the keys. By approximately 11:30 PM, no one had arrived, so I called again to follow up. Shortly afterward, a security staff member arrived with a new set of room keys. Unfortunately, after the new keys were issued, the original room keys were deactivated without anyone informing us. As a result, a couple of my team members who had stepped out to the car were unable to re-enter the room when they returned, causing unnecessary inconvenience late at night. On the day of checkout, I requested a late checkout due to our work schedule. I was initially told there was no availability. After I explained the issues that happened during check-in, guest services placed me on hold and then offered a checkout extension until 11:00 AM. However, this was not particularly helpful given that we were staying for work and needed additional flexibility.

When I got there on time at 4pm my room wasn’t ready I’ve had this reservation since May which is a 3 bedroom w/washer & dryer the lady was having trouble getting me another room due 2 my room not being ready Christopher told me that he had another room but the room didn’t have a washer & dryer I told him I didn’t want it & he then became rude telling me that he was trying to help me like I told him how are u helping by not accommodating my family’s needs if I booked a 3 bedroom w/washer & dryer then that’s what I want The lady that checked me in was awesome her name started with an I… Then at 1045pm SUNDAY NIGHT I began 2 hear BANGING LOUD NOISES IN the room above me I called the front desk 3 times The first 2 times I talked 2 MAX who also was rude He told me that security went up there & it’s no noise The 3rd time MAX transferred me 2 SECURITY THE SECURITY THEN TELLS ME THAT YES THEY HAVE BEEN UP THERE DUE 2 THE NOISE & ITS THE CLEANING CREW SO I TOLD HIM AT THIS TIME ITS AFTER MIDNIGHT & U TELLING ME THAT They’re cleaning ROOMS HE THE SECURITY THEN SAYS YES IT WAS SO LOUD IT WOKE MY 4 year old up THE SECURITY TELLS ME 2 CALL THE 911 IF I WANT HE WASNT SENDING ANYONE ELSE UP THERE SO I WENT UP THERE MYSELF & THERE WAS NO CLEANING CREW IT WAS OCCUPIED SO I ASKED THEM 2 HOLD THE NOISE DOWN I SHOULDN'T HAVE 2 DO SECURITIES JOB I DIDNT FEEL SAFE I USE 2 LOVE IT THERE NOT ANYMORE

Wonderful. Everything was well worth the trip.

Will be using this hotel again in the future. 😊

Clean, safe, and high end feeling

Non guests all over pool being loud, obnoxious and threatening and security does nothing. Units furniture is filthy and outdated. Slow check on process and no response from management on serious safety issues. Will never stay here again. It has really gone downhill!!!

I enjoyed everything room and more drink was on point and the pool was great I had a wonderful time here and will be back so thank you .

It was just an amazing experience!!

We only stayed 1 day but that one day left an impression. Clean rooms and the price of the room was well worth the price with all you can do on the property and how much was in decent proximity to the property with a short drive.
