How to change rooms at least three times bug spiders tub was filthy linen was filthy.

The room was very clean. Nice get away. The furniture is a bit dated but it was still a very nice stay.

This is a nice resort. The only complaint I have was when we rented this place no where did it say this was a private resort. We had previously stayed at this resort. We planned a birthday party for 7, 12 year old girls. We had a nail tech hired to come in an teach the girl how to do nails. They did not want to let her in. Better communication is needed in renting.

I've been visiting star island for about 15 years. Absolutely love the proximity to everything. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are very comfortable.

Room was clean and spacious, property is clean and well kept, guard gate keeps it secure. Staff is friendly. Have stayed at this property before, and will again.

I come here every few years when I need a mental rest. The place is so peaceful and worth the price. Jenny in the spa spent two hours with me and it was everything I needed. Richard

The grounds are nice and there is a poolside bar, a little store that serves food. They have bingo some nights, karaoke. You don't have to leave the resort

Around 11:00 PM, I called the front desk to check on the status of the room. I was told it was ready and that security would be bringing us the keys. By approximately 11:30 PM, no one had arrived, so I called again to follow up. Shortly afterward, a security staff member arrived with a new set of room keys. Unfortunately, after the new keys were issued, the original room keys were deactivated without anyone informing us. As a result, a couple of my team members who had stepped out to the car were unable to re-enter the room when they returned, causing unnecessary inconvenience late at night. On the day of checkout, I requested a late checkout due to our work schedule. I was initially told there was no availability. After I explained the issues that happened during check-in, guest services placed me on hold and then offered a checkout extension until 11:00 AM. However, this was not particularly helpful given that we were staying for work and needed additional flexibility.

My family enjoyed our stay. I would come back for our next trip

My man and I enjoyed our stay. It was very comfy!
