Palazzo Lakeside Hotel

The amenities Wish they had jacuzzi and more elevators. Also a print out map of where rooms are. Also rooms should have microwaves

Exceptional

The room was clean and comfortable The steps outside to the door I needed to go into to get to my room was very steep and difficult to climb with my luggage

Exceptional

Pleasant

Everything Nothing

It was ok. No water. Had to pay $5 for a bottle. Cable did not have nationally broadcast ball game on so we had to go back out to a bar and watch game. Kleenex and bath tissue the cheapest ever.

I liked it all There should be a pedestrian gate at the main gate.

The pool area was great & had a lovely view overlooking a lake. The breakfast on the 2nd day wasn't great.

Location ,price and pool Nothing

Very good

Beautiful hotel. It was a great value for the proximity to the parks and the amenities it offered. The continental breakfast was awesome. Very clean and the property has really nice modern decor.

I often stay at this hotel. It's better than many other hotels at this price point.

One of the best places to stay

There was only 1 elevator for a huge building. At times, it was a long wait. One elevator does not meet expectations.

The staff was very polite and helpful. When we couldn't figure out the remote for the TV they sent a service person up within 10 minutes to resolve our issue. The free breakfast had a good variety of items, hot and cold. Handrails on the outside stairs would be helpful.

100 percent recommend

Better breakfast like the main course put more protein

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, las instalaciones u el personal muy amable !

Everything Was Very Clear And I Love When U Drive On The Property the sign that saying love it here When we was checking out our bathroom started leaking water very badly
