Palazzo Lakeside Hotel

Stayed for a week, nice renovated rooms. Good amenities, small park for the kids to play and relax. Parking was always full and under construction. Everything from dinning to shopping was close by! 15 mins away from parks and entertainment

El hotel es cómodo y acogedor con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. El personal muy atento y servicial. En servicio al cliente tienen 100%. El desayuno variado y el área del comedor súper limpia. Para las familias el cine al aire libre en el área de la piscina es un plus. Volveríamos 100%

This hotel superseded our expectations, from check in to check out. The food was good, the environment was clean, the staff were helpful and pleasant! Most importantly the atmosphere was filled with quotes and signs that exuberantly displayed God, love, peace and patience. 10/10

Always a pleasure to stay there. Will keep coming back.

I was trying to rent a room for my homeless son since I was in another state at the time. I thought it was handled but found out that management called the police on my son for falling asleep on the property since he was waiting to get notification that all was well and they could let him have a room. I know management will state that due to ‘ policy’ they couldn’t rent a room since he did not have a physical card with his name on it to pay for the rest of the fee. I gave my son access to my ‘ virtual’ card…. Still policy states he needs a physical card. This country actually allows foreign investors to buy up this country but I can’t rent a room for my son. No… in fact they actually called the police on him which could have been deadly considering how our people tend to end up dead at times when police are called. Shame on you….Please do not book a room here.

Clean and modern rooms, and great breakfast.

Service, location, and price were great. My only complaint is that the AC took a VERY long time to cool down the room. It took several hours for the temp to go down even a degree or 2 so it was a hot uncomfortable sleep.

The Buffet was pretty good considering the price, but the dispenser that said "100 percent orange juice" gave me 100 percent Tang!!The other ding was that the hotel is 3 buildings end to end and so a long way if you're at the end of the three buildings.The big issue was only "1" elevator for all 3 buildings!!It was not bad for the price, but not 8.4 rating that made me pull the trigger.

I love it ! Every thing was very clean ! Breakfast a lot of variety and delicious! I love the view and the pool was so nice with the lounge chairs around. Definitely I will stay here again 5 stars !

It's an average hotel, which hit you with extra out of pocket charge per day just to stay there, room has a small refrigerator which hardly cools, No microwave. Noise air conditioner unit which makes it hard to sleep, and front desk staff poorly trained in customer service, latina woman who won't listen to your questions and talks over you as if she's doing you a favor, couldn't find a reservation # yet raising her voice to this Hispanic lady with her son,regarding billing apparently, I wouldn't recommend this place for the price they charge you per day and the breakfast is nothing out of the ordinary
