The room was bit dated, especially for the price. The awful part was opening my bed to find blood on the sheets!! Never experienced that I'm any place. They did not refund just switched our room. Blood on the sheets!! Never again

Cleanest and up to date hotel. Lovely upscale esthetics without so much of the edgy futuristic look. Definitely worth staying again

Love this hotel! Favorite non Disney resort. We stay here every time we don’t stay at the parks!!! Breakfast is amazing and the hotel is so clean and spacious!

If you need a nice place to stay while in Kissimmee this is the place, perfectly located near all the attractions and food in the area. Hotel is in excellent condition and the staff is helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was outstanding and delicious and it was serve hot. It was plenty and never ran out the food was tasty and the cook at the omelet station was outstanding really enjoy everything included the housekeeper
