Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista South

I stayed at this property back in 2016. On this recent stay, the property seemed like it hadn’t aged. It was just as clean, welcoming, and appealing as it was many years ago. Also, the breakfast was great. The area was clean, the food was fresh, and the staff was helpful.

My stay at this location was excellent.

The shower head did not work properly. There was very little water supply at the shower head because the valve did not close the water supply at the tub spout completely. Room 1007

Staff is amazing. Very clean and neat. Hotel is beautiful and the rooms are incredible. Highly recommended.

There was absolutely no sound dedicating so much so that I could hear people walking outside in the hallway, which is absolutely ridiculous. Also, the plugs in the lamp on the desk were extremely loose and anything I plugged in which just fall out. Also, they had to put me in a smaller room and they still charged me the same price because apparently a bunch of other people were there at the same time and they booked my room and it wasn’t updated on Expedia. The only compensation I got was free breakfast and free parking and two water bottles… Also, why is breakfast not complementary? This is not a nice hotel or anything, breakfast should be complementary. Will never be staying here again.

wish complimentary drink vouchers were still redeemable to guests who arrive later than 6:30 especially in Orlando because of amusement parks

I always stay at this location when in Orlando and have never been disappointed. Everything is close for shopping, food, attractions, etc. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the spaces are always clean.

I love this one! Our favorite non Disney hotel.

It was everything and then some. As a matter of fact, my wife does not want to stay anywhere else whenever we go to Orlando.
