Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista South

The staff was wonderful & very friendly. Breakfast served was excellent & the staff in the dining area were always ready to help. I have stayed at other Embassy Suites, by far this place was the best.

Very big and nice room. Very nice amenities. Best breakfast I ever had in this type of hotel.

breakfast is good

The place was clean the Hotel itself was beautiful the staff front desk and dinning free breakfast everything and everyone was nice only thing I wish that all Hotel would put firmer pillows in the room closet for people who don't like soft pillows it was kinda hard getting comfy on the pillows

Second time staying at this location and loved it! The 3 elevators were operating correctly, the rooms were clean, fresh towels daily, breakfast was great! I wish parking was closer to the front door/elevators but overall, I recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay, breakfast was awesome. Staff so helpful and genuinely nice.

Expensive Parking Fees

The breakfast was great, hotel staff amazing !!!! Good stay. The hotel is just a bit outdated..

Nice place

VERY GOOD ACCOMMODATIONS AND THE CLEANNESS OF HOTEL PLUS THE INCREDIBLE BREAKFAST IS AWESOME, I TRY TO ALWAYS BID THERE,,,,,,,

Loved this place. My wife and I will be looking for these hotel’s in other cities it was that awesome. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice home like place to stay while away!

Clean Room and Breakfast was a plus

The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good. The arcade room had very few games and were not working.

Everything was excellent

Exceptional

I believe that parking should be free to guests especially disabled Veterans.

I was there for work travel. Check in and check out was smooth and the staff were very welcoming. The evening happy hour with 2 free drinks every night was a very nice ammenity after a long conference day. Then server of that ammenity on both nights was great and very friendly. The room had everything I needed and plenty of space in the 2 queen bed suite. I ate at the grille one evening and the food was great. Housekeeping did a great job on the one day I needed services. Shower was a bit dated in design but that was not a huge deal. I used the business office for hours since my flight did not leave until several hours after check in and I was offered assistance and waters if I wanted/needed. It was a great stay and I would stay here again for sure.

Nope

We were glad it wasn't just a continental breakfast.

Excellent property and employees. Highly recommended
