Front desk female employee when we checked in was Amazing! Very warm and professional, she helped us enroll in Marriot Bonvoy, other staff was also wonderful! Entire property was very clean. Rooms were bigger than we thought. Loved the free buffet breakfast, pools and mini golf. Wished the adventure park/zipline was available. Highly recommend this hotel.

Be warned that when you get there they will charge you $15 per night for parking... even though they have a wide open parking area. It's just a sneaky way to get more money out of you when it's too late to back out. I wasn't happy about it.

Every employee we encountered from the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and roomy. Our granddaughter loved the pools.

Por mas de 4 años siempre vamos en familia por mas de 3 veces en el año en esta ocasion perdimos 2 dias enfermos por la condiciones de la habitacion y el aire acondicionado ya que somos asmaticos y el moho en las ventanillas del aire acondicionado afecto nuestra salud a tal punto que ademas de perder 2 dias de nustras vacaciones tuvimos que incurrir en gastos de mediacamentos,una verdadera desepcion despues de tanto tiempo

The rooms, lobby and dining area is dated. We’ve been coming to this property for over 10 years and nothing has been updated and is a little run down. The outside amenities are always great, clean and well maintained. Our room was right next to elevator. The elevator was running all night and kept us up. The hotel was definitely not fully booked and I’m sure there were other rooms available.

I stayed at this hotel three times several years ago, with my last visit being in 2018. Returning recently, I was highly disappointed to see that the property has completely gone downhill and desperately needs remodeling. Everything is worn down, and they are still using the same furniture from almost 10 years ago. The breakfast room is in especially rough shape. The vinyl on the benches and chairs is peeling badly, which scratches your legs if you are wearing shorts. The only bright spot of the stay was the front desk. There was only one person working—a short blonde lady—and she was incredibly pleasant and helpful despite being understaffed. I love the history I have with this hotel, but management seriously needs to invest in updating the property before I would consider returning.

El desayudo deberia variar, los 3 dias que desayune todo fue lo mismo. El cuarto que nos dieron primero el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, deben revisar el cuarto antes de asignarlo a alguien. El cuarto que nos cambiaron solo tenia un TV. Verificar mantenimiento de acensores ya que me quede encerrado en el acensor

We booked this hotel for one night. We booked it because it said it slept 6. When we opened the sofa bet it was extremely rusty, moldy under the mattress and the mattress was I’m assuming a double for a queen bed so all of the rusty metal party were exposed for you to sleep on. I considered it unusable. The television was also broke. We crammed 3 into a double bed and left as soon as we could. I would not recommend this hotel especially if you plan to use the sofa bed.

The air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy and every time it went on at night it woke me up. The bathroom water faucet came out in a trickle. There was a brown hair in my bed and a small chocolate or blood spot in my cover, both of which I didn’t see until the morning. The wall next to the a/c needed repair. The pool area and mini golf was nice, but the pool was overcrowded with kids. There was an “adult pool”, also overcrowded. All in all, if you want an inexpensive hotel, then this is a decent place.

I did not have a very satisfactory experience. The room was only cleaned every other day, and there were no amenities such as water or coffee provided.

The staff is amazing, the building was painted so it looks good. The rooms are VERY OUTDATED!! Carpet looks dingy, no thermostat just a wall unit AC and NO USB PORTS!! I’m so use to ports in the rooms that I didn’t have a plug. I had to go to Walmart to buy a plug like really.? They need new lobby Furniture and someone to maintain them. Calypso Cay pool area is amazing.

The pools were great for the price it was budget friendly and had a lot of fun pools for my son he had a blast. Room was huge and clean. Would stay any time I am in the area.

They get a star for a usable splash pad and kid friendly pool, all in a good location. Walking into the room brought me back to house-flooded-post-hurricane-Ian - from the smell of mildew to the moistness in the air, on the carpet and the furniture. The fixtures were rusted, toilet dirty, and sheets clearly unwashed. The money saved staying here was not worth the discomfort of sleeping in a room above 100% humidity.
