Poor customer service and they charged me for parking, rundown place.

We booked this hotel for one night. We booked it because it said it slept 6. When we opened the sofa bet it was extremely rusty, moldy under the mattress and the mattress was I’m assuming a double for a queen bed so all of the rusty metal party were exposed for you to sleep on. I considered it unusable. The television was also broke. We crammed 3 into a double bed and left as soon as we could. I would not recommend this hotel especially if you plan to use the sofa bed.

The air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy and every time it went on at night it woke me up. The bathroom water faucet came out in a trickle. There was a brown hair in my bed and a small chocolate or blood spot in my cover, both of which I didn’t see until the morning. The wall next to the a/c needed repair. The pool area and mini golf was nice, but the pool was overcrowded with kids. There was an “adult pool”, also overcrowded. All in all, if you want an inexpensive hotel, then this is a decent place.

I did not have a very satisfactory experience. The room was only cleaned every other day, and there were no amenities such as water or coffee provided.

The staff is amazing, the building was painted so it looks good. The rooms are VERY OUTDATED!! Carpet looks dingy, no thermostat just a wall unit AC and NO USB PORTS!! I’m so use to ports in the rooms that I didn’t have a plug. I had to go to Walmart to buy a plug like really.? They need new lobby Furniture and someone to maintain them. Calypso Cay pool area is amazing.

The pools were great for the price it was budget friendly and had a lot of fun pools for my son he had a blast. Room was huge and clean. Would stay any time I am in the area.

They get a star for a usable splash pad and kid friendly pool, all in a good location. Walking into the room brought me back to house-flooded-post-hurricane-Ian - from the smell of mildew to the moistness in the air, on the carpet and the furniture. The fixtures were rusted, toilet dirty, and sheets clearly unwashed. The money saved staying here was not worth the discomfort of sleeping in a room above 100% humidity.

In general the Hotel is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a very good spot, easy to get in and out from the highway. It’s located at 15 minutes from Disney Animal Kingdom and Disney Springs. In the down side of my stay was the zip line area was closed. And I would like to see variety in the breakfast area, not exactly the same every morning. Giving 4/5 stars.

We are on vacation. Vacations happens once a year for my family. We came Florida to travel through some towns as Miami, Fort Myers and Orlando and we could see the big difference in cleaning omg this hotel with plenty of rooms has the worst cleaning ever, please there are many families as mine with kids, and we don’t deserve this. The customer service was nice but everything crumbling down when the rooms specifically the bathrooms have a horrible smell and dirty. We have spent a lot of money in these hotels cause we trust in your hotel name. It is not a chip hotel ok? We are members of Marriott and we consider this is not fair.

All was well kept, and the staff was extremely helpful. The only "ding" I have to share is that they do not have a coffee stand available beyond the breakfast period. The other chain hotels I stayed at had coffee available throughout the day. Traveling with children, it's helpful to have caffeine at hand. The hot tub had no jets working, but it was hot.

They should definitely switch breakfast to bacon and an option for biscuits and gravy because the sausage is really bad

everything was pretty decent i think if ur young and want somewhere to stay i would pick this hotel it does have a lot of places close to it are experience wasn’t bad but we did end up finding a underwear behind our couch but the staff was friendly.

I was traveling with my daughter. We both felt the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The pool area is great for families! We enjoyed our stay there.

Room was Very clean. I loved it that it didn't have pets at this hotel. Staff was friendly mainly the general manager that worked while we stayed. Breakfast can use some changes. We were there for 5 days and it didn't change during that time. Coffee was delicious 😋 loved the access to the water park since we went with our grandchildren. They really enjoyed swimming and watching a movie in the evenings. We would definitely use the Hotel again.
