SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista South

Good breakfast. Clean room.

We stopped for a good nights rest and for a break of the LONG road trip. The air was so humid, I felt like I could taste it, and it smelled horrible. The bed had hair and little black dots of debris. The curtains had smears of black stuff. When I went to go inquire about a different room, nobody was at the front counter. The only thing decent was the breakfast and the woman was nice during check in. This is now the second Marriott that I have been to that I regretted. Most likely won’t be returning to any.

Breakfast is not very varied but the basics, milk, yogurt, coffee, cereal, waffles and muffins and breads are there. The room is fine, the sofa is for a replacement now. The pools are smaller than they seem in the photos but they are always clean and there are several hotels together and you can swim in the one you want (there are 3) yes I recommend it and yes I would come back.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the SpringHill Suites! Our room was nice, the staff were amazing and there was plenty to do!!

Good food and close to everything

I love the multiple onsite amenities. Our suite was spacious. The pull out sofa mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. But overall our stay was enjoyable.

Wear and tear not taken care of in hotel, fridge didnt work and beds were not comfortable. However kids liked putt putt and pool but two of my three were not tall enough for slide.

Friendly staff. Ok water play area The floor of the room was very damp. Anything that touched it became damp. It was pretty gross. It was very dated and needed some refurbishment across all areas

Aunque no es un hotel nuevo está muy limpio y céntrico para todo, parques, comida , tiendas. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Su personal es muy atento. Están construyendo en la piscina.

This is a phenomenal facility. The staff goes way beyond their normal duties to accommodate you. It's located within everything to include Walmart and other stores to accommodate your needs. So many things in the area to do for the family.

The cleanliness and hospitality of the staff made or stay unforgettable.
