La comunicación con el personal de la recepción fue muy amable check in y check out súper ligero las áreas del hotel muy limpias excelente áreas de piscina y habitaciones cómodas y limpias área de comedor muy amplio cuentan con un servicio muy bueno y además el personal de cocina muy atento y amable gracias a Maria y Nancy por dar un servicio de calidad y amabilidad en el área del desayuno personal como ustedes da gusto volver todos los días a tomarse el cafecito☕️ el hotel tiene muy buena ubicación perfecta para llegar a ciertos puntos para mí y mi familia que fuimos un grupo de 15 en 3 habitaciones distintas les dijo que es un 💯 recomendado. Puerto Rico 🇵🇷

Everything it’s good

Good hotel. Clean. Nice pool areas. The shuttle to the park only takes you to Disney Hollywood Studios or to the TTC by Magic Kingdom. From there you need to take the internal Disney buses if you want to go to the other parks, which adds another 30 to 40 min to the 30 min to get there in the first place. It only departs at 9:30am which is late if you still need to get on to other buses. It won’t take you to Universal Studios

The staff were helpful and supportive. Everything I needed to make my stay interesting and fulfilling were within reach. The lifts were bad at the location so checking in and out were hectic. Moving around the facility was not easy because I had to use the stairs each time I needed to move around. Also, breakfast had limited array of food. Other than these, it was a beautiful stay.

2. The bathroom floor was dangerously slippery due to the humidity. I spoke with a couple of other guests who had the same issue. I had to spread towels across the floor to avoid slipping and falling.

relaxing swimming pool. Breakfast, well typical basic American breakfast in the hotel, so nothing special, and you have to be quick, at 9.30 breakfast is finished. I left some stuff (electronics) in the room, communication with front desk in the hotel wasn’t easy, my all stuff was finally found, although I didn’t get my all stuff yet, I hope the Stuff will be helpful anought to arrange shipment.

Me gustaría volver a hospedar nuevamente si fuera necesario y lo recomiendo 100%

Exceptional

From check-in to check out, it was the most wonderful experience we've ever had at a hotel! I'm usually not one for leaving reviews but this place exceeded our expectations. My little one lost his tooth on the way to the hotel and was pretty upset, and when they saw him they gave us a room as soon as we could. They gave us fresh water and made sure we were comfortable. We got to enjoy the amenities that were outstanding. And to top it off there were moments we went to our Disney hotel after that and we wish we had been back at the other one because of how fantastic it was!! Would definitely recommend over and over! It was clean, spacious and the staff was wonderful!

Everything was clean and the breakfast was excellent. Only the room had a musty smell.

The staff was amazing to our group. Maria, Nancy and Sonia were great, breakfast area was well taken care by them. Super helpful and friendly. Will definitely recommend.

I enjoyed my stay. It was relaxing and the hotel amenities are great for entertainment.

The communtiy pool areas between hotels added more to do for families
