Great stay from check in to check out will definitely be back

Had a great stay for the price. However, certain amenities for the kids looked permanently closed and the cleaning people were incredibly loud every morning.

My family and I loved EVERYTHING about our stay! Very nice and clean! Staff were very professional like always! Can’t wait to go back!❤️

I have a good stay, however it has happened twice we had issues with the TV not working and it took some time for maintenance to come out and fix it

This was our second time staying there because we love the resort so much. The staff is always extremely friendly, the room was spotless and we love how they provide you with everything in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. The location itself close to anything and everything. We will always be back for future stays.

And the staff is very helpful, friendly amd polite. Its a great stay for the family.

Half the amenities were not open. Starbucks isn’t a full operating Starbucks. Breakfast had no good kid options and isn’t available till 10am. Stuff in the room was broken. It was an overall okay stay. But not what I was expecting. The bathroom in the master was pretty dirty.

Me encanto el apartamento ya que cuenta con cocina, sala, lavadora y secadora entre otros. Es bastante amplio y comodo en comparacion con una habitacion de hotel. Tiene varias piscinas y mucho entrenimiento para los la familia. Esta cerca de todo.

Made us forget about the outside world.

I would rate it a 7.5/10. Room was great and clean. Bed sucked and the walls/ floors are thin. We heard someone move the chairs above us allllll night, kid was screaming in the hallway at like 11p and it sounded like they were right outside our door. Last day, I think it was because of the storm the day before, but the elevator didn’t work.

Largest downside was the room above us had kiddos running around up until 2/3am. AND the maintenance people use the garages below the bottom rooms, which they were pulling open at 7am. We didn’t get much sleep. I would request a top room next visit.

Everything was perfect.

Rooms were in bad shape. The pool and adventure areas were great! There were 2 other properties that share the pools though so I recommend booking those instead as they looked nicer!
