Management is trying to maintain the property but it needs upgrades. Some of the amenities advertised online are no longer available. That must be addressed. Overall, decent stay.

The stay was good but it’s been a month since my stay and they still haven’t released my deposit back to me.

high pressure sale for timeshare befor you can get your room will never go back.sales man was very rude.no benches to sit outside close to room

Great bar and pool areas

I absolutely love this place. My three year old grandson has so much fun at the crab pool, his favorite spot. We have visited twice and will continue too. Truly looking forward to all the amenities being available soon. Staff at the Starbucks/ store could really use some costumer service skill. All other staff we encounter was friendly and helpful. Thank you , we will be back🙌❤️

Great location, very close to everything, multiple pools on the premises, very nice staff I liked everything.

Not the cleanless and maintenance that was expected.

We stayed for 4 weeks while waiting on the new house to close. It felt like home. Packages were held at the front desk when ordered. The staff was very helpful. Didn't use the pools but they looked nice.
