When we arrived to the property staff was extremely helpful and kind. The trip took a turn when we reached the first room… it had a mold/mildew smell coming from the ac vents. I informed them that my wife and daughter are extremely allergic to mold/mildew. The moment we walked in they began having trouble breathing. The second room had the same issue but was in the next building over. These buildings were located behind the stand alone hotels. After coming back explaining the issues again they then moved us to the villas behind check in building. The first room they took us to they sprayed ozium. The second room was better but the next morning the fire alarm went off and no one had any answers as to why. When we called to get information on what happened we were hung up on twice. The water park that’s advertised is shut down until further notice. They have a roach problem. We found multiple spots in the kitchen with bait for them. We also seen two roaches. This was an ok trip but we have stayed at better properties.

Most of the amenities were closed , place is run down. We saw about 10 roaches, one in the bed and one climbed on my husband. People smoking weed around their kids and everyone else’s kids at the pool. The Starbucks inside doesn’t even have a coffee machine working.

I was expecting more based off the pictures. Everything was old inside the room, fans were noisy, carpet was old, kitchen appliances were old, you can hear all the wood in the walls and floor creak, second bedroom had two different beds/mattresses, 2 out of 3 tvs were smart tvs and one had a messed up remote and that tv was really small. picture on Expedia showed a balcony but we didn’t get one. I would not stay here again when I can stay somewhere better somewhere else for similar price.

Check in staff was very nice and welcoming. Property was interesting- our room slanted so doors and drawers would open on their own, laundry (hotel bedding) was left in our room and never picked up. Elevators need a serious upgrade.

The jets on the tub didn’t work, the TV in the 2nd bedroom didn’t work, the telephone to call house keeping was not working. There was sticky stuff on the floor and there was no mop however they never came to clean the floor.

The only issue we had was our tv in the living room of our villa didn’t work properly but we did not stay long enough to be concerned with it.

This was a great stay for my family. Especially if you have younger ones they would have a blast, from the splash padsto the water slides. Also everything you needed was only a fee minutes away. Walmart, Target etc.

This was a nice place. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Everything was clean and we really enjoyed the putt putt and Starbucks on location. The staff at the front desk when checking in could’ve been more helpful and friendly but other than that, everything was fine.

Was a perfect place to relax and enjoy Florida hospitality

My room was dirty it hair in tubs and sink.

Everything was great but the building has cracks everywhere aswell as the staircases, you can also tell the structure is becoming unsafe, my door didn't align properly, it didn't want to close.

I like that I had a lot of things for children to do I didn’t like that the pictures of the room that I reserved did not match what we actually got and the beds are very uncomfortable

The pull out couch was also extremely uncomfortable. The grills were broken and not kept up. Toilets did not flushes properly. Bathtub drained extremely slow. The elevators were ragged. The inspection on all 3 elevators were expired as of 08/01/2025. They got stuck multiple times with not only my family but other people as well. My handicap sister also stayed in another room at the resort at the same time and aside from getting stuck in the elevator she had to switch rooms and the second room she was switched to had a toilet was broken, a toilet had to be flushed by pouring water into the toilet, TV did not work properly. Maintenance came multiple times without resolution. In efforts to make it better she was then down graded to a room on the 3rd floor without a balcony.

Some towels had dark marks and hair on them. There were ants in the kitchen sink even with no food present and dishes washed.

Everything was nice.... We will definitely book there again

Location was convenient to shopping, major grocery stores and the parks! Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit too All the supplies were available, and housekeeping is there if you need them or refills on toiletries Don't forget to tip them Music and Bingo by the pool was a hit! The bed was quite hard definitely need an upgrade on the mattresses

Check in was smooth even offered me some popcorn … love this place , went to the pool and they were playing bingo and given away money for free which was fun … great time

The room was nice, but we ask for a handicapped room and specifically a walk in shower. We were told no problem. Did not get. We did not have a screen room. The people above us ran jumped stomped from 6 am till after 1 am. Some of our family left early because it kept waking up the baby. Plus our children and the rest of us had a hard time hearing and sleeping. We did call about it at least 10 times, we were told that they do not make contact until after 10 pm, but that didn’t work either. On the web It talked about the amenities and I also called and spoke to some one about them, and was not told that areas were closed and a lot of them were not available. The pools were nice and the unit we had was nice.
