Property had multiple pool choices. The grills by the pool do need a little maintenance but it was fine we were able to use it anyways.

Las villas son hermosas. La pasamos espectacular en familia. El personal muy atento. Calipso Cay es nuestro lugar favorito donde nos relajamos y salimos de la rutina.Lo recomiendo mucho.

Walls were very thin, there was noise around the clock, could barely sleep. There were dirty towels in the room, the castaway cove was closed

The staff did everything they needed to ensure our stay was a success. They were polite and very helpful. I would have enjoyed having the bar on site vs across the street and parking lot but definitely wasn’t a deal breaker. Overall great stay

As soon as you walked into the room it had a certain smell to it. I don’t know if it was the smell of old cigarettes or gas. Then walking into the bathroom, the shower caved in. Depending on where you stepped in the shower, it almost felt like you were going to fall in. And the last thing was that you could hear EVERYTHING upstairs, so if you do decide to stay here then stay on the highest floor. The only two things I will say that are good about this place is that the bed was pretty comfy and the convenience on how close it was to the parks.

Place looks old smelly not enough coffee for two day stay

Room maintenance- rooms were clean and kitchen was well appointed. Not a deal breaker but just a note maintenance could have been better like baseboards clearly had bad putty job in restroom. Overall property was nice and clean. We will stay here again. We did not have noise issues like other reviews have stated. No extra fees for parking or resort etc were a big plus

Place was ok, pool was nice, staff ok but didn’t help much when I called that I had no hot water. They said they would send someone out in the morning and they would give me a late checkout. Water wasn’t fixed til about 9am, 9:45 staff knocking on the door to clean the room.(3 different staff members knocking before 10am) so noooo on the late checkout. Tried calling front desk that was no help. Being rushed out after not being able to get a hot shower was wrong.

Clean room,friendly and helpful staff.has ammenities like a timehare .would recommend. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa.

The location was great, the stain on the table and some of the furnitures and display should be replaced

The location of the property was nice. The employees were very friendly. The bar was okay. The hallways weren't too clean and just seemed sketchy and the rooms were okay but they just seemed kind of run down.

We meet some really nice people. And the resort was very nice and enjoyable. We will absolutely stay here again.

Everything was impeccable; I work in the tourism industry in Puerto Rico, and this resort truly rivals any 4- or 5-star property. The reception staff was outstanding—there was a young Puerto Rican man at the front desk whom I was actually tempted to offer a job at my own workplace. In short, everything was excellent and far exceeded what one would expect for the price. I visit Kissimmee several times a year, and I will definitely keep booking at this same resort.
