Holiday Inn Express & Suites S Lake Buena Vista by IHG

We booked a double queen room and found when we got there it was 2 full size. We had 5 people so it was a very tight room. The sofa bed was broken, and had to pillows or blankets. The bathroom door didn't lock, the tv remote was broken and the tv screen had a glitch with delay and lines in it. Wouldn't stay here again.

Breakfast is very good. Room very good. Staff very nice.

Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing. The property is outdated, the bathrooms are old, and the overall cleanliness could be much better. It was also very noisy, and one of the elevators wasn’t working during our stay. For just a few dollars more, you can stay at a much nicer hotel in the area. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Clean rooms,great pool, awesome breakfast

The hallway smelled bad, and the room smelled even worse. The room was not very clean. The paint was bubbling and peeling off the wall around the air conditioner. The carpet was wet all around the air conditioner so I can only assume part of the smell was mold. I slept there because I had to but got up and left right away did not even use the bathroom. Told the front desk about my concerns and was just told oh well we’ll tell someone. Don’t recommend.

I was very disappointed that I was not made aware of the parking fee prior to arrival. Between the resort and parking fee it was almost $50 a night. It also has a shared pool with 3 other hotels so it was very crowded. The breakfast was very good and the workers pleasant.

Excelente hotel

The staff at the hotel were so friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was always fresh and very good. My daughter loved the slide at the pool and there were different activities daily we could participate in. This is a great hotel for families.

We had a very memorable and quiet time at the Holliday suites in S Bruno vista hotel. With three pools, mini golf and more. You didn’t have to leave the hotel in order to have fun. One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at and would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family.

We booked a night last minute as our flight arrived later than expected. We checked in, crashed, woke up, showered, had the best breakfast, and checked out.

The room was nice and clean with working A/C. Shower water heated up very quickly which was nice. Breakfast layout was decent with plenty of food. There were plenty of activities which we unfortunately didn't have time to enjoy with our brief visit to the area.

Unfortunately, that was the highlight of our stay. When we entered our first room (505 or 506), it had a bad odor, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and there was hair on one of the beds. The front desk apologized and moved us to Room 411. While the second room was slightly better, it still didn’t feel clean. The floors smelled, the hallways were dirty, and there was mold surrounding the Dove body wash dispenser in the bathroom. The next morning around 11:00 a.m., a housekeeper opened our door while my children and I were still sleeping, saying we were supposed to check out. After I explained we were not checking out, another employee came to the door with the same message. Then the front desk called saying their system showed we were leaving that day. I went downstairs, where they realized they had mixed up my reservation with another guest named Josue Santana. Although they apologized, this mistake should never have happened. Having hotel staff repeatedly interrupt our stay because of an internal error was unacceptable. We decided to stay because we had just gotten off a cruise but we will not return

Friendly staff and a beautiful property. By far the nicest holiday inn I've been too - it's like a mini resort. Tiki bar with food on site, a Starbucks, Dunkin and multiple pools and hot tub. There was a very loud family with kids running around hallways and ding dong ditching and the staff was on top of their game putting an end to it. I will stay again.

Great hotel with friendly staff. The amenities, pool, tiki bar , mini golf and Continental breakfast made our stay here very pleasing. We will definitely return on our next trip. I'm glad we were recommended to use the hotel by a family member. I definitely will recommend to friends and family.

Nice breakfast bar. Surprised that they had mini golf at the hotel. Loved the multiple pools.
