I’ve stayed at other Hampton Inn and Suites Properties. This one definitely needs to be updated. Both rooms I was in smelled like mildew. The bathroom was not updated and could have been cleaner. I read the reviews thinking it was similar to the other properties I’ve been to. I probably won’t be staying there again.

The rooms had plenty of space, property was clean and staff was friendly. And breakfast was overall good. To get to the property from the parks you have to pay à 5$ toll to go and come back unless you take another route that is à good 20min extra.

People were really friendly. Our room smelt like mold.not enough towels. Wash rag...we were a family of 5.. bathroom mirrors were horrible. Top of the shower rod had some kind stain..I'm sorry but definitely not what I expected..

The location and my view. The TV wasn’t smart and the cable kept going out.

Phone broken. Had to go downstairs to say the cover you find inside closet at all the other hampstons was not there because they did not have it. Clock was broken. Carpet filthy. Fabric chairs breakfast room was disgusting black with marks of oil from peoples hands. Other guests were there as well complaining they did not have hot water in their room. Owner is from India and they are very famous in keeping all the money not putting a dollar back for guests!

Friendly staff and good breakfast Bathroom had a mild odor, but it was clean. When opening the door in the bathroom we kept hearing a clicking noise in the light each time you open the door.

The breakfast could have been better also the cleaning service could be better but overall had a great stay

Staff was very helpful. I forgot something in the room when I checked out and needed to go back to check the room. The staff provided me with a key to go back and retrieve the item from the room.

Great hotel. Rooms are clean and the staff is amazing. The only complaint I have is the hot tub is always dirty. I save stayed here twice and this is the case both times. Other than that it's a great hotel with great location.

Breakfast had too few options for various diets and was practically the same for both days. Room was not well maintained or cleaned. Customer service was helpful in switching my room. Seemed like the property needs some better cleaning standards.
