Good breakfest Room you could her the plumbing. Smelled moldy. Found a large cockroach.

The room smelled like mildew/stale water. The carpet by the couch was soaking wet as the ac was leaking. The couch had a hole in it. I reported the leaking ac unit and no one came or offered a new room. The black out curtains were old and worn.

Hot smelled really bad they switched are room multiple times and no matter what it smelled like mold .

Very old. We were on 4th floor and it smelled bad. It was just and old hotel that needs alot of upgrades.

The room was clean but the smell of the room was like sulfer and mold. The hot water was an issue no hot water after like 5 minutes .I got out of a disney party at 1 am went to take a shower had hot water for like 5 min then it went completely cold. The room was just really old no wifi set up just a box with one wifi plug. It was very slow to charge with. I have to pay to park. It was just not a pleasant place to stay. I will never go back. I will say the coffee was good at breakfast. I felt safe but it wasjust not a room i would stay all day in I did not know what I was breathing in. My mistake for not looking at thr reviews before hand. Live and learn.

It was a great experience! The staff were welcoming and friendly!

Ther was blood on the pillow case, the sheets had black marks headboard had dust on it, bed was very uncomfortable, it took a long time for the shower water to get hot. I thought I had to take a cold shower. Now the positive side is the room was very roomy, it did have a mini refrigerator, sink, microwave and a coffee pot. And the staff was very polite.

Las habitaciones tenían un olor desagradable y las alfombras del segundo piso estaban completamente sucias y manchadas. El día que llegamos, además, no había sistema disponible para atendernos con normalidad. Poco después de nuestra llegada sonó la alarma de incendio y todos tuvimos que salir al pasillo. Tuvimos que bajar a preguntar qué estaba ocurriendo, ya que las empleadas subieron a apagar la alarma pero no nos ofrecieron ninguna explicación ni información. El día del check-out también se dañó el elevador, lo que fue bastante incómodo. Por otra parte, el jacuzzi estaba muy sucio y las burbujas no funcionaban. En general, considero que el hotel necesita mejorar significativamente la limpieza, el mantenimiento de las instalaciones y, sobre todo, la comunicación con los huéspedes cuando ocurren situaciones como estas.
