Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando-South Lake Buena Vista

The staff members were exceptionally friendly. The room I occupied appeared clean, although it had a somewhat musty odor, as if it had been sealed for an extended period. The scent was not particularly agreeable. The interior of the building, including the carpets, paint, and furnishings, generally presented an aged appearance. I attempted to have breakfast, but the area was quite crowded, seemingly too small to accommodate the number of guests. However, considering the affordable price in comparison to other establishments, I do not have significant complaints.

Book room from 31 July 2 August got charged 31 July 3 August haven’t been refunded money yet. Check-in was bad systems were down at a long. Wait to check in elevated broke down on one day. Breakfast wasn’t the best.

Had a long wait to check in system was down on one day. Elevator was down. Staff made a mistake on the booking. One room should’ve been from 31 of July to 2 August got charged 31st July 3 August haven’t been refunded money yet, and the breakfast could’ve been better.

The staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate but they didn't have much to work with. My room was dirty there was an office chair in there that had something spilled in it at least I think it was spilled I don't know what it was the room smelled disgusting when I came in the bed sheets were rumpled and wrinkled there was only four small pillows on a king size bed the second room that they put me in was better and I went to use the bathroom I couldn't open the door and the door handle came off in my hand. They brought me to a third room but I decided that I would much rather go somewhere else. So I packed my things and I left I did not stay there. I've stayed in many Hampton Inns this one was awful! The filth in that first room just gross

The rooms are old and outdated and never stocked well

Stinky restroom. Dirty shower with some kind of mold or rust in the shower rails. Wrong information about pets. I called before doing the reservation and they said the daily fee for pet is $50 Dollars. When arrived they charged 75. Breakfast serving area is pretty small for the amount of people serving. Room needs to be updated. Pretty old curtains, colors and carpet. I reserved for two nights. I left after the first night because it is not comfortable.
