Was wonderful, we've been traveling to Orlando over the past few years and have tried different hotels and resorts. Most have been nice, but, this one really stood out. I think we found our "go to" resort when visiting Orlando. The staff was exceptional also. Very friendly and helpful.

One of the best gotel we've stayed ever! Perfect for families! Rooms are duplex houses. So you dont have anybpdy upstairs making noise! Love that!

The amenities are good and I like that the rooms are essentially townhomes. The room was not very clean at all. We always do our own cleaning when staying in a hotel and this one was nasty. The entire upstairs also smelled of urine.

Villa was really nice and cozy. Amenities per se, where really nice as well. Only situation we encountered was once we checked in and went to the room. The AC was broken when we called the lobby. The attendance stated that they could not do anything about it as they were fully booked, and the technician wouldn’t be able to check it out till the morning after. They offered us to go and get fans, we were extremely bothered and upset as no one likes to spend their vacation in villa with kids and have the AC broken. We thought they were untruthful as we know that they rented the unit knowing the AC was broken when we entered the villa it felt like a sauna. Eventually, when my son went to the lobby to get the fans, the attendant reiterated that she knew his mom was upset and of course, nothing less was expected so she said well guess what we ran out of fans. Then once my son started to call me, they ran into having an empty room. So we ended up moving rooms and left things like that. I was truly upset because after a 5 Hour Dr. you don’t expect to encounter things like that from a resort where you think they take

Poor housekeeping was our first issue. Smears of substances on walls and switches. Strange oily cross like images drawn on TV and doors. Also the beds were terribly uncomfortable and the one bed was so squeaky you could hear every time my 6 year old moved.

A great place, with good value for money. The facilities are very good for family and kids. Overall, I would definitely come back. Balcony could be little cleaner.

The staff was amazing and definitely went above and beyond. The room was clean and the amenities were awesome and all included. The down side.. this resort has zero wheelchair accessible rooms. This means no suite toilet rooms that will fit a wheelchair. That being said, the staff did everything they could to help accommodate us, even removing the door from the downstairs toilet room to make it easier to access. The public toilet facilities DID have ADA stalls so the time we spent at the pool was awesome. The beds and furniture were not comfortable at all, but spending time at the pool and parks makes everything better. The short comings that it did have faded because of the amazing, friendly and helpful staff and great amenities. We had a great time!

Everything was great. Our 4th time and will continue to keep booking the same place.
