Dirty villas, outdated furniture and appliances, have to ask staff for everything, hair on towels and sheets, lazy pool was dirty as the two side pools, slides never worked whole time there, overpriced cheap items at fake convenience stand. Had a feel like families was living there also, families was bringing in house items and pets pet items not normal things for a vacation. The whole resort needs a remodel badly. Would never recommend

Aucun endroit pour laisser les valises si vous arrivez avant l'heure du check in. Le check in devait être à 4 et nous n' avons pas eu notre chambre avant 4h50. Nous avons du rester au lobby avec nos valises tout ce temps n'ayant pas de voiture. Chambre vieillotte et lit inconfortable, abris extérieure brisée, tuyauterie lousse. Cependant les installations extérieures et activités sont super et les chambres sont grandes.

The villa had few broke things microwave was broken and door handles utility closets was dirty

The condo was clean and spacious. Loved having a full kitchen to cook meals. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of channels on the tvs. Loved the spacious patio. There was so much to do. We didn’t even have enough time to do everything. The main pool area and lazy River were so fun and clean, well-maintained. Plenty of chairs and they were all updated and well-maintained. They had so many activities like air brush tattoos, bumper boats, and a foam Party. They also had mini golf. The lobby had a robot ice cream vending machine which my kids loved. The gym had plenty of nice equipment and it was very clean. The only bad things were the shower head in the downstairs bathroom. It needed updating as it couldn’t move the water coming out was so pressurized it hurt. And I saw the little tiny water/sugar ants right outside and in the downstairs shower.

We originally booked at a different hotel after checking in that hotel we decided to leave right away and check out room wasn’t what was mentioned in picture then we found this place on Expedia and we had a wonderful time here the pool was great. The people were friendly overall great experience will come again one day.

Good location, friendly staff and nice villa. Only thing we didn't like was that the slides close at 6pm, pool stays open till 11pm. My kids didn't get to use them at all after coming back from doing other things all day. Other than that we did enjoy our stay.

This is a very nice place to stay. Close to all the parks. The units are very nice. Beds are comfy. Staff is very nice. We would stay again.

This is the second time I’ve come here. The receptionist had a big smile through the whole check in process. I have yet to encounter any negative staff. Activities here are geared a lot towards kids but the grownups can have lots of fun with the bingo. I don t really have anything negative to say. They even have a lazy river. Bar prices are not ridiculous. Food was tasty. Even when I had an issue they rectified it. I’m beyond satisfied with my stay. Room was clean AC and washer dryer worked. No complaints.

Family had a good time. We will definitely return. Maybe on the weekend when they have more activities. The only cons were: Water slides were still under repair, and bar closed early.
