FantasyWorld Resort

I loved my overall experience at the fantasy world resort. The staff were very nice, the place was quiet, clean, has a nice lazy river and chill vibe. It was affordable and comfortable.

There were just a few things that I feel could be improved. I use a wheelchair/mobility scooter, and unfortunately I couldn’t use the free shuttle to the theme parks because it wasn’t wheelchair accessible. That was disappointing because transportation is a big part of making a resort convenient for everyone. We also had an issue with the upstairs tub leaking. The water actually came through the ceiling and down into the living room, which was definitely not something we expected. The floors in our unit also didn’t seem like they had been properly mopped before we arrived. Overall, we had a good time and the resort is really beautiful. The staff was great, but I think the resort could do better when it comes to accessibility, cleaning, and making sure maintenance issues are taken care of. I would definitely consider coming back if those things were improved.

Everything was fine except when i had to pick up garbage bags myself instead of the reception sending someone to drop them off to the room and they ony gave me 2 i felt like they should provide more cleaning supplies over all everything was fine.

I have been staying here for 9 years now and the changes they have made are nice! The only thing that stinks is that if a storm is near by they close the pool so we couldn’t use the rock climbing wall because there was storms 10 miles away. But otherwise this is my go to place when I come down here. It’s relaxing I love the atmosphere and it’s close by to pretty much all the stuff to do.

The fitness center was small and not well equipped. The lazy river was nice. I enjoyed just floating around. The rooms well apartment was really nice. It was large and the 2 full bathrooms were fantastic. The back screened in patio was also very nice in hot and buggy Florida!

This place was amazing. I will be returning with my family!
