The hotel was good the only problem was the breakfast the first day! The staff at the counter was amazing!

I checked into my first room, the AC made a loud noise all night. I called the front office in the morning. She put me into another room, AC was blowing cool, not cold. I told them again, AC is not working. I went to check the AC before switching to another room. The AC worked great! But the plastic toilet seat doesn’t stay open when you use the toilet. The tub doesn’t drain very good. The “breakfast buffet” is only toast, English muffins, cereal & waffles. Disappointed!! (Nice employees) furniture isn’t good.

The primary complaints involve foul smells, poor cleanliness, and lack of maintenance below hospitality industry standards. Additionally, the family found the breakfast inedible.

there was roaches in the hotel. I was not there most day I would leave all day and come back really late in the evening. the last day when we got to the room there was roaches all over the room we check out right after

The pictures are false advertising. The main light switch didn’t work. Once we got one of the lamps to work, we seen cockroaches. The room smelled like mildew and mold. The desk staff was trying to be helpful. We ended up checking out and did not get refunded for any part of the booked stay.

Great room for price. Couldn't ask for better breakfast, lots of variety. GREAT PRICE!!!! You get your money's worth in my opinion if not a little more.

Hotel should be motel. Appliance which is only coffee machine broken. Dirty with bugs in room and door did not.lock correctly. Beds not comfortable guess you get what you pay for

The room was clean and included a refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. The breakfast was simple but tasty. The staff was amazing. The process of checking in/out was extremely efficient. The hotel is both affordable and in a great location. I chose it since it is a few minutes away from the Magic Kingdom.

It's ok for 1 night stay. Nothing longer. Room was dirty. Bed was clean and tub. This place was Dusty and not completely cleaned. Dead bugs

Room was clean, bed pretty comfortable and shower worked good. The parking lot was littered with trash and although refreshing the pool was a little dirty. Would recommend if you need a place to stay for 1 or 2 nights. The price was great.

No es lo mismo que se ve en las fotos, todo esta bastante deteriorado. El piso estaba bastante sucio, para la limpieza, cambio de sabanas, toallas y recogido de basura hay que solicitarlo.

The room had bugs crawling around everyday. The beds are old spring mattresses that make noise every time the moved. You could tell they knew that their beds were uncomfortable because they have a mattress pad on their beds. Getting towels everyday was a chore because they never had enough even though they we maybe at 20 percent occupancy.

Excellent service at the front desk, very friendly staff, excellent room—my only suggestion would be to consider offering more variety at breakfast.
