Basic accommodations / The front desk attendant was courteous

Ubicación muy buena ya que es un punto intermedio entre parques y otras atracciones. Alberca con oportunidad de mejora. Las tarifas de la propiedad se deben ver reflejado.

El personal de recepción fue excelente. La ubicación es cerca de todos los lugares. Tiene estacionamiento libre de costo, el cuarto estaba súper limpio y olía bien. Y lo mejor de todo, el precio de la estadía súper accesible. Gracias!!

A little squeaky, shower okay, air conditioner kept room cool. It looks okay from the front but behind the scenes the hotel was rough around the edges with pot holes, blocks thar were holding dirt were falling off into driveway, there were garbage bags out the garbage for a few days before being picked up. The pool was well chlorinated, but the bottom of the pool was disgusting in the deep end as thats where everything was collected. The lounge chairs only had two that were working and others that were broken. Whirlpool was not working. There were no pool towels to use and we were told to use our shower towels and then ask for replacement towels. The ice machine was broken the whole time we were there so we got cups of ice when we went out for dinner. Breakfast was okay mainly toast and waffle, however on Saturday and sunday they did have the powder eggs and sausage. You get what you pay for, but I didn't expect it to be this bad. We would have thought about changing,..but it was just a bed to sleep in with a brief pool day.... as a last resort it's okay, but would recommend looking elsewhere.

La locación Dirty room a/c don’t work well , crouch in the bathroom the food on the bathroom don’t close , all install look like abandoned hotel the pool so dirty grass tall I was there before and mow look like a ghost hotel

Roaches were everywhere in the room

By far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I knew it was a cheap hotel, but I still didn’t expect it to be this bad. The room was disgusting!

It is ran down and old, definitely not fancy in anyway. Beds were yuck, sadly the mattress we slept on was springs and no firmness on the side where I felt like I’d fall off. Just run down, but safe location.

Absolute hell hole……. Please beware of this place! Pictures are fake and it is dirty beyond belief….. we were booked for 23 nights stayed 1 because we could not get another hotel that night….. We booked elsewhere and left the next morning……but in the morning there were cockroaches all over the floors and corners. In fact this place needs to be pulled down and rebuilt that’s how bad it is BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE never go here. We will now fight to get a refund for this hell hole and only saving grace we paid on our credit card which gives us protection!

It was fine for the price, we had clean beds to sleep in which was the most important part.

Room had mold, had to get moved, second room had mold my nephew has severe asthma and allergies to mold and so do I stayed one night to try and savage it out woke up congested and miserable. Had to fight with staff they finally agreed to refund me the remaain8ng nights and RESORT FEE OF 12 PER NIGHT. But when I went to check out the "system" wouldn't allow them to give me any of the money back and I was advised to email the manager. This place is decent if you dont have a child who gets hospitalized from mold on his birthday. Pretty disappointed.. I know it was inexpensive but clean should be negotiated.

It's outdated. old furniture. no lock in main door, old tv, tv furniture in bad shape. there were trash in the grass. No working ice machine. there were spiderwebs at the lamps outside the room. poor maintainace. etc

Got to the property within 5 min in the room after checkin lights didn’t work dusty and smelled like smoked. Didn’t even stay 10 min in there walked back to lobby and requested my money back they wouldn’t refund me some nightly rate that I paid less than 15 min ago … and they charged me twice still trying to get reimbursed

Good neighborhood and restaurant

The staff were amazing, but the room was not. The phone wasn’t connected. The tv was just resting against the wall and the channels were fuzzy. The toilet took a while to flush as well. I was very happy with Cathrine, also known as Cat, from the front desk. She was very nice and helpful.
