Bathroom badly needs update. Tub is covered with a plastic coating but you can still see the badly stained porcelain. Bathroom door wouldn't close.

Our experience could be an anomaly, as i booked this hotel based on the positive reviews. The room we were given (101) wasn’t clean. 1st and foremost there was something that appeared to be feces on the toilet handle. I really hope that it wasn’t but it did wipe away with a warm wash cloth. There was mold on one of the bath towels and on one of the washcloths. The bathroom floor had hair on it before we used it. The body wash and shampoo dispensers hadn’t been cleaned since the last use. The window shade had a cut or tear that was taped back together with what looked like clear packing tape. We booked the hotel for an overnight stay after an evening TN football game. Had it not been so late when we returned from the game, we would have left and driven home or found another hotel.
