When checking in gave us room key, didn’t work, went down front desk got second key, didn’t work, manager came up 3rd time key didn’t work, said needed battery, went back downstairs, no batteries, moved us to another room, music load all night in our room, when I asked the manager on duty next morning, apologized and said they must have been playing music load in the lobby last night, unacceptable would not recommend this hotel

I was disappointed. We arrived late due to a long drive and traffic conditions. I did call hotel to let them know. But when we arrived the key given didnt work we had to go back to desk to get it . Very annoying when you are exhausted. 2. Room was not as advertised.3. The pull out bed was horribly uncomfortable and no sheets were provided. We had to hunt them down with staff. Not going back there.

Facilities were clean, great location and comfortable stay. The front desk clerk was outstanding, friendly and very hospitable. Although minor because the front desk clerk took care of it immediately. The cleaning staff left two pillows on floor w/o pillowcases. Brought them to front desk and they took care of it quickly. The bathroom had two shampoo dispensers and one conditioner vice one shampoo, one bath gel and a conditioner dispenser .

The front office staff was very nice! For the shower we could not adjust it was either hot or cold and could not set a middle temperature. Just a minor thing.

Found things left in the room from the previous occupant when we checked in. Maintenance was very poor. Handle to the shower door was falling off, tile had large chunks missing in some areas. The shower had very low water pressure and didn't provide enough water for a good shower. Overall the facility was run down and in need of some serious care and updating.

BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD WITH EXCELLENT VARIETY. ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND QUIET. NEEDS MORE SIGNAGE TO BE EASY TO LOCATE.
