Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Knoxville Turkey Creek

Found things left in the room from the previous occupant when we checked in. Maintenance was very poor. Handle to the shower door was falling off, tile had large chunks missing in some areas. The shower had very low water pressure and didn't provide enough water for a good shower. Overall the facility was run down and in need of some serious care and updating.

Good for a quick stay

The beds were too firm and the air conditioning very noisy - kept us up all night.

We were traveling through and had a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was not very great, ran out of a lot of things

I like the location not far from the high way and good breakfast.

I was placed in a room close to the kitchen. During breakfast, it was noisy and hard to sleep.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I had a roach as a visitor last night. Just crawled up on the bed right next to me. Either he is now gone or there's one out there missing a leg. Breakfast could be spruced up. I had to settle for a muffin and orange water.

The room was musty. The breakfast was not good, the oatmeal was cold. The eggs had standing water in them. My children found the chlorine tablets in the pool multiple times. Bathroom was dated and didn’t seem clean.

It was quiet and very clean.

Convenient to highway and restaurants

Plan to stay here again on our return trip.

The staff was very friendly and helpful when checking in. Our room was on the side of I40 and there was quite a bit of road noise.

It was a great, clean, affordable place to stay and I wouldn't hesitate to book there again.

FAIRFIELDS always seem to do it right.

Everything was fine. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful.

I stayed here because I had stayed at the Fairfield Inn at Lenoir City previously and it was great, but I won’t be back to this one in Turkey Creek Knoxville. They don’t clean the rooms every day, it’s every other day. I stayed 2 nights, so on the second night the small trash cans are over flowing, I needed new bedsheets because my son had an accident, so I had to go down to the desk to get them and I asked them to come get the dirty ones he said they would no one ever came. Also I asked for a comforter and they gave me a thin blanket because he said we don’t have anymore comforters. The free breakfast is bare. They had sausage one morning, that were like hamburger Pattie’s, and nasty. The machine for the juice in the morning was just water with a tiny bit of whatever ever juice you wanted. ( orange juice…97% water 3% orange juice) also the coffee bar sucks!!! All they had for it was Milk. Now to the room… because it looked like someone half way cleaned it. So much so that someone else’s sports gear( like those elastic tennis bands) were laying in the floor. So they didn’t even bother to throw that away. There was trash under the bed. Floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Definitely will not be back to this one, I will keep going to the one in Lenoir City.

Clean room, breakfast was quick and easy. Proximity to restaurants is good too
