Super 8 by Wyndham Knoxville West/Farragut

More difficult(not much) to get to than the other hotels. Price was a factor - it’s good for the price.

Good value for location and date.

TV did not work. Remote did not work Sheets had holes in them. Curtains were dirty. Room very dark.

Location and cleanliness Could use some updates

Room smelled moldy and musty, like old rug and old furniture. Lighting was terrible, not bright enough to do my make up or read. Terrible light in the bathroom, hard to use shower with a 20 watt bulb, that’s what it looks like. Shower was dirty in the cubbies for your soap😊, etc Yuk! Shower had a hole behind the shower head in the wall. Creepy. It was fairly quiet, A/C was good. Bed was hard, better than too soft but my back didn’t like it after two nights. Overall I give it a 3 star.

Clean and very peaceful

Room was clean and quiet. Location was great, right off the freeway and kind of tucked in by itself. But within minutes of many restaurants.

The rooms were clean and comfortable.

When we switched the TV off and on again later, same problem. He wouldn't leave the working remote. There was nothing at breakfast - no milk when we asked she said sorry we are out. We didn't even have breakfast because there was nothing - supposed to be included in the price. Staff were not worried at all! Waffles sorry machine broken, no yogurt or fruit.

Friendly staff, clean bit dated room. Continental breakfast needs an up grade…. Eggs?? sausage?? Otherwise it did the job.

The staff at checkin was super friendly and helpful, as was the staff at check out. The room was tidy and smelled super clean. Plenty of parking and spots were available right by my door!!! Definitely my go to when staying in Knoxville!!!!

Good location. Rooms were outdated, very hot, and had trash left in it when we had arrived. The beds need to be replaced along with the pillows.

Everything was good.

Okay breakfast, location was good. The pool was crowded by the same people, not sure if they even stayed there. No smoking signs but people were smoking anyway. Employees sounded like they were displeased that I wanted the room serviced.

Checking in was a bit off-putting as I had already gone through the process online. I understand showing my ID again when I checked in (but it was scanned into the system a second time) but I had to give my credit card again. Why bother checking in online?

Great able to ark carat door. Night clerk was very helpful.

Location and checkin staff One room was not clean but front desk reassigned another room as soon as they were made aware. This message was sent by text at first but that person did not respond. FRONT DESK RESPONDED WHEN I WENT TO HER AND KET HER KNOW

The lamp did not work. But the main problem that I had was Staff. I was in the shower by myself and someone knocked on the door at 9:40 I called out from the bathroom that I was there. And they still opened the door! Good thing I had the lock on! I called front desk after the shower they didn't even apologize just said that they would talk to the management of the housekeepers

El hotel esta en un lugar que no se siente muy seguro. Incluso la recepcion esta cerrada y con una ventanita de seguridad para hacer el check in.

Started okay Had issue with toilet overflowing at 130 in the morning. Called front desk and was told maintenance would come in the morning! I had a flooded bathroom now! Brought me a few towels and a plunger after I asked! Did not bring any clean towels or offer to change rooms! Disputed charges with cc company!!! Will never do business with them again!!!
