The best part of the stay was the person at the front desk. She was very helpful and friendly. There are a couple of problems with the property. At the moment, there is a renovation project in process and it makes it smell like a construction site. The renovation includes replacing furniture in the rooms, like the desk and dresser and those are nice replacements. The rooms have new vinyl flooring, which is also nice. However, the biggest issue is the bed and linens. Our top sheet, flat sheet and fitted sheet had stains and holes in them. We requested that those be replaced with fresh sheets and they did that immediately. However, even though the replacements sheets were warm fresh out of the dryer, they too had stains and holes in them. The mattress was also very old and worn, so it wasn't very comfortable. The pillows were incredibly thin. This is budget friendly hotel so we weren't expecting anything special. If you bring your own sheets and pillows, this place would be perfectly fine for the price.

Room was dirty, no sweeping was done beforehand. My towels had stains and holes. My bed sheets had holes in them.

The building needs a facelift and it getting one. I stayed in the part of the building that has not been remodeled. I would consider after all the work is done.

Location was okay Very unclean. Heavy smell of cigarette smoke. Moldy ceilings

Staff were okay, if your have a service dog make sure you bring your paperwork. Breakfast was a joke in was pre brewed coffee and bad muffins. Had to move twice while staying at the hotel because they did "planned" renovations while we were there. Hotel is not in the best neighborhood and looks more like a crash pad with a broke down RV and limousine

Y’all I have a pretty high tolerance for hotels when traveling solo but this place was so bad I left and slept in my car. No joke. I don’t even want to begin to list the odors, stains and bugs I encountered on the ten minutes I was in the property.

Canceled room and didn’t reach out to let me know they canceled

Location to the venue we were attending that evening was good. Tbe room smelled strongly of stall cigarettes. The furnature was old and in poor relait. I believe I did not do my research enough to truly understand the concept of exactly what " extend a stay" caters to.

The smoke/weed/cleaning product odors in the hotel EVERYWHERE. Booked a non-smoking room but the room, carpets and halls stunk. A homeless(?) man also smoking kept entering at end of hall. I left shortly after checking in- odors were just overwhelming.

Young woman that checked us in. She was very nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Room temp was excellent. I did not like the fact that we kept getting knocks on our door at random times by random people. You can hear peoples conversations through door and wall. The door didnt have the extra lock on it so i did not feel really safe there. No ice machine either.

I like the construct of the outside. Very nice. It did not look like the description at all. I did not like that it strongly smelled like cigarettes, the walls were dirty, run down furniture, overall not a tidy place. I don’t recommend. We asked the workers for a blanket for 2 days and we didn’t get it at all.

The room didn’t smell bad and the kitchen was handy. The cleaning staff were kind and friendly There was a terrible smoke smell in the lobby and hallway leading to the room. They only disclosed once you got to the property that there was a no refundable $29 fee for pets per day. The front desk staff were not very friendly

Absolutely nothing There are stains on the mattress covers the sofa bed is filthy the mattress cover looked like someone was bleeding pretty bad. The sofa bed was broken. The floor had a hole in the floor where someone damaged the flooring. The walls need to be wiped down Especially in the bathroom
