The entire hotel smelled badly. There was trash left in the interior hallway overnight and remained the next morning. Stairs in lobby are so shallow that a small woman’s foot does not fit on the step and you have to carry your luggage up and down the steps. Would not eat the carry out meal prepared on the property if you paid me. The doors close so loudly you hear them all evening and into the night. Please do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. When checking out, the desk help was lounging on a couch and I guess my need to check out disturbed him.

I would not stay at this place even $50 per day. Popcorn celling, outdated furniture, appliances and etc. The pillow case had stains and bathroom were not cleaned. And!!! Everywhere smelled really bad.

No janitorial staff available to help clean shower No manager available Worst stay

Thankfully our stay was just a quick overnight stay before heading to Nashville!! We got what we paid for
-
It was peaceful and quiet staff was very helpful

Location Only 1 night stand had a lamp, fridge opens incorrectly, curtains didn't block out light, bed sagged, upstairs occupants kept moving furniture around till after 11:00 pm. Limited food for breakfast. Gap under door let in hall light.

Good location and staff You need to be quick to the breakfast

I will say the manager did move me to a suite room which was much better than the last room after I explained what happened to him. So the last three days of my stay were a tad bit better. Staff was nice but quality of rooms and establishment needs a lot of work.

Absolutely awful DO NOT GO HERE I went somewhere else after I got my room I don't usually do reviews but this place sucks
-
Nothing I couldn’t check in. I waited for over 30 minutes in the lobby, and I called several times trying to get in touch with someone. I ended up having to get another hotel.
-
Nice location but the building was not very clean and there is no elevator which makes it difficult for older people.
-
Very noisy at 3 a.m. Someone was kicking the wall and making loud noise in the hallway. It disturbed my sleep. Disappointing experience.
-
Tired facility, needs maintenance, staff is helpful, good location.

The front desk staff members were very nice. It was not handicapped accessible. The room was not the cleanest and there was a dead bug in the bathroom. The drain in the tub was broken, as well. The tub was unstable, and the exhaust fan was also not working correctly. Very disappointing stay. Also, no ice was available. Do better! We will avoid this brand next time for sure.

Eh I had booked this months in advance for a concert. We arrived and then were told they needed to relocate us because of a water leak in our room. I was never contacted prior at all about this.

Property shown was nothing like it was in person. Damaged bathroom door, mold on the ceiling of the shower, stains on the bed and over all unsafe feeling. We did not even stay an hour and after contacting Expedia with the complaint and that we were not staying the property was notified. While we were trying to gather our bags and dog to leave the woman working the desk tried to barge in with out knocking. Then proceeded to yell at us when I locked the door while we got out things and a leash on our dog. When following us out to make sure we were leaving, like we had done something wrong. I can not say how much I tell someone to avoid this property.

The room was what we were expecting for the price which was perfect! The only disappointment was when I came down for breakfast they only had 3 small muffins left and some oatmeal. There was also a line behind me. It was a very basic grab and go breakfast on one small table with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc. I’m assuming more muffins would have been brought if requested, but I just wanted to note my experience for anyone who seeks out breakfast options with their hotels.

I liked everything

The pullout couch had ripped cushions and the bedding was dirty. There was no way to separate the bed from the other living area. The room/bathroom in whole was dirty. There were drug deals being made in the parking lot. The side entrance is not locked and there were pillows in the stairwell where people had been sleeping. I felt this location is not a safe area for my family.

All bad No elevator, stove didn't work, had to charge rooms, coffee was cold,
