Intown Suites Extended Stay Knoxville Tn

Booked a 2 room stay for a week and would've renewed weekly for some time. But upon arrival was told there was no two beds available and because I had two adults and two children that we couldn't move the reservation to a one bed because their policy is three people per room it doesn't matter that they were too toddlers ages 2 and 4. They basically laughed in my face and said contact Expedia but Expedia didn't have a button for me to request a refund and was already charged the first nights stay on Thurs for my arrival on Friday but I never checked in bc of their claims of no 2 beds and we couldn't have a 1 bed bc their policy is 3 people for that room. So on top of being out the money, I had to make other arrangements and spent more money. I contacted in town suites reservation and they said they would put in a report and refund it's been a week and I've not received said refund or had anyone reach out from in town suites. I did leave a review and it was like an automated message from owner basically saying sorry you feel that way. I will never book again or recommend anyone. And there's no other in town suites in Tennessee except for over 2 hrs away. But originally booked bc it had a kitchenette and most in Knoxville don't but I was hoping the business would've made things right. It's not even about the 67 for the first nights stay it's more so the disrespectful man working the front desk.

Great air conditioner, great shower, nice staff

Nothing! Hopped right back in the car after getting locked out of the lobby in the heat because the lady couldn't figure out her computer. She just said screw it, locked the door and went to lunch. Went to Days inn down the street. Decided not to stay. Went to check in and the lady locked herself out of the computer. She forgot her password and couldn't check any of us in. They locked us outside the lobby in a 95 degree day. On top of the ghetto parking lot with really tight parking had a hard time finding space for a jetta behind a pawn shop. Clapped out cars everywhere and the parking lot will jar your bones. Just got really bad vibes from staff and tenants and just went down the street to days inn for a much better experience for a tiny bit more money. There's a reason it's the cheapest. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for a less dehumizing experience.

I didn't like anything. I made a reservation and was not allowed to stay. Meanwhile I was charged $62 for a room I wasn't able to stay in. Instead of hanging up on me when I asked why I not able to stay and asking for my money back, they could have fully explained why I was without a room and refunded my money.
