I didn't like anything. I made a reservation and was not allowed to stay. Meanwhile I was charged $62 for a room I wasn't able to stay in. Instead of hanging up on me when I asked why I not able to stay and asking for my money back, they could have fully explained why I was without a room and refunded my money.

These guys go above and beyond to help you when you're in a fix. Really appreciate them for their professionalism and working with me to get through a tough situation. The rooms aren't the greatest, but excellent bang for your buck, especially if you're traveling on your own.

Very low quality motel. Very poor condition. Carpet has probably never been vacuumed. Suite has very moldy smell probably from Window AC. No pots, no pans, no cups, no plates, no cutlery. Extended stay means that people are actually living here long(er) term and I feel very sorry for them. Upon arrival (Saturday) some elderly people with too few teeth were asking management if they could pay “rent” on Monday. It was unexpected. Management wanted to show me the suite first before paying (that was a honest move) because internet pictures are not related to the (low) quality of the room. Overall very sad and depressing.

The stove is very small. When I cook I had to cook one thing at a time. 2 eyes on the stove but not big enough for 2 cooking items really

It was cheaper than any other hotel around it for a reason. Roaches, mold on mattress cover, ZERO HOUSEKEEPING ( false advertisement) parking lot had huge holes in pavement, door locks froze and cards wouldn't work without maintenance showing up with a heater. Lighting was poor, 3 drawer dresser bottom 2 drawers didn't open, refrigerator leaked water inside on shelves, shower stains, exhaust vent in kitchen grime build up was a fire hazard. Curtains too small for window and was told buy my own if I want window to be covered and I was on 1st floor so if I was in kitchen I could see straight out front window.
