Very quiet and comfortable

Great place to stay, loved the hot tub !!

Property staff was somewhat rude, felt like they didn’t want to be bothered, needed much prompting to be customer friendly. Have been a long standing client of Holiday Inn express but this particular hotel left much to be desired, a truly negative experience, I am considering changing to another stay experience.

The front foyer is nice however the rooms are old and not completely clean. Our door handle fell off and someone had to open the door from the outside to let us out. Pool area is nice and spacious.

I recieved was a $20 dollars off.. no refund.

The foyer was nice but the rooms old, damp and dirty. The bed pillows and bedding smelt fusty and not clean. Breakfast not included and too expensive. Laundry room and machines were great. Staff not helpful when the wrong item was delivered to the room.

The phone in the room was not working. Could not reach the front desk.

The staff was super sweet and helpful! The pool was awesome and you could drink down there. To be a 3 star hotel it sure felt like a 5!

The property was in perfect condition. The rooms were comfortable and clean. the staff were friendly and helpful. They answered all questions and concerns. I was amazed at the selections at the breakfast bar. Everything was delicious and fresh.

This is an excellent hotel in a strategic location near a major Interstate junction.

Todo bien me encantó.

The room was outdated and the bed was uncomfortable two nights of of bab bed and hard pillows. For the money I spent would think things would be better. Plus if you didn’t pay for breakfast you don’t get it. Even though on the site show breakfast included. The show had peeling paint on the ceiling the the tile floor in the shower don’t have any slip proof floor if your not safe you would slip from the soap from your body. I’ll never stay they again or any other holiday inn.

We stayed here for the track meet and it was a great stay.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean. The staff was excellent and friendly.

I really like they have a few different things the kids can do so not bored at hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located for the concert, which made getting there and back very easy. Breakfast was included and was good, which was a nice bonus. However, I did notice ants and a few roaches in the room, which was very disappointing and took away from the overall experience. I hope the hotel addresses the pest issue because the location and amenities have a lot of potential.
