Reviews
-
Bed was very uncomfortable and one of the beds was broken when we checked in but it wasn’t too terrible to where we couldn’t sleep
-
Hotel itself was nice, quiet, convenient, pool area furniture was falling apart with holes and not comfortable to sit in at all. Everything seemed worn and out dated
-
Front desk and bar staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful.
-
What I liked about this hotel is the cleanliness of my room. The staff was very nice. What could be improved is higher toilets. The one in my room was way too low for this 64 year old senior citizen.

Looks small on the outside but it’s very big and great place to stay. Staff is nice .

Rooms were clean. It’s the maintenance at this hotel that’s lacking. Needs some updates and rooms could use a good dusting.
-
The place was old and out dated . My room was not clean very dirty dusty no vent in the bathroom curtains had holes and the back door (5) was not card accessed after 11p like the sign said .. felt unsafe. Everything

The staff was very friendly and seemed to be kept up with will Upon arrival, after 3pm which is check in time. We checked in and went up to our room, which was just being cleaned by housekeeping, we went back down to the front desk and they gave us a different room
-
Nice spot to stop on our way south. Very clean and nice and great staff.
-
The hotel was okay for a one night stay, it was cheap which was what I was wanting. I think I would pay more next time for a better room. The bed and pillows were comfy though.
-
There was no free breakfast. There was no cold water from our faucet - lukewarm from the cold side was the coldest. I was compensated 1 bottle of water for this. Staff was not that friendly.Things were just OK - will never go back.
-
Very clean. Nice sized room. Well maintained Took 30 minutes to check in.
-
I liked the pool and basketball court. I liked the price. I feel breakfast should be included. The bathroom was kind of small.

We have a daughter in Knoxville and we stay here every time we travel there, we love it!
-
It’s a decent place to lay your head if you are not interested in using the facilities. Beds were firm but comfortable! The work out room was in bad shape - both treadmills were out of order because people have destroyed the machines. Pool was ok but over ran by so many people couldn’t use it, and hot tub had so much filth in it, it looked gray.

Our room was very clean and roomy. The staff were kind and helpful, especially the host at breakfast. He was kind and smiling each morning, always offering to bring me coffee. His kindness made the hot breakfast even more delicious. Also, great indoor outdoor pool, which made my daughter very happy!

The property is very dated, with a slight facelift that doesn’t really cover up the very old property. The rooms are very barebones. The carpet is disgusting, the tv was showing everything as a blue out of focus broadcast, and the elevators were extremely janky. It was just not a pleasant stay at all.

Friendly staff
