Motel 6 Knoxville, TN

I left immediately rotten moldy food under mattress. Bed frames are filthy. Dresser missing a drawer and decaying. Water puddle brown middle of floor and food clogging drain on broken sink. Those photos posted are not this hotel. Please remove from your booking this place smelled of mold from lobby to room my dog wouldn’t enter the room. My dog, my dirty dog was offended by this room. The front desk did quickly cancel my stay and refund me so for that I am extremely thankful. Lucky my family found me something similar in price 10 thousand times nicer also dog friendly. I was devastated.

Staff great, room dirty calling mold window not lock I must check . Door double lock bad condition floor dirty

Pet friendly. Walls stained. Bedding and curtains stained. Latch on door broken. Dresser drawer broken. Bathroom fan broken. Shower leaks all over bathroom floor. Pool closed. Inside of dresser dirty.

Not the greatest, but I didn't have any issues.

Overall it was good except for my refrigerator makes noises louder and louder our door gets stuck we have to go down to the office and get our key back working but overall it was

Ceiling was peeling. Shower bottom very slippery bathroom door bottom was cut off. Looked like shower floor was flooded

It was the most disgusting room I ever stayed in. Urine smell, floor sticky.\nLight swishes filthy.\nNever again

The price was low. The room was in poor condition. There were cobwebs on the ceiling. The ceiling was peeling. The walls were in rough shape. The mattress was 2-3 inches thick with no foundation and you could feel the springs. The noise from I40 was loud. We have stayed in many Motel 6's before but this was the worst!

The shower was great That I given 2 queen rooms when I reserved two King rooms but ended up in the end getting too clean rooms and one King room smoking when I was supposed to have gotten three King rooms smoking but ended up with that

I did like that all the other ppl there were friendly and most of the staff as well. I didn't like the fact that the dryer took my money and would not replace it. Im extremely upset about the fact my toilet over flowed and when I went and complained about it.They proceeded to hand me a plunger. I explain to them that there was toilet water with p*** and probably some poop in it all over the bathroom floor that I also would do something to clean it with.I'm having to do it myself.She told me they did not have cleaning stuff that someone had borrowed it and not giving it back. So after she seen that I was not satisfied with that answer after me explaining how unsanitary that was and how we still needed a toilet to work , she then sent a housekeeper down to help me plunge it and help me clean it up. I'm\n Sorry, but I paid over $70 a night for that room. I should not have to clean up a toilet overflowing. They should have accommodated me with another room or at least an extra night for free. Considering you made me plunge and clean up the shifty mess myself. I really feel like they should have compensated me in some way to make up for my inconvenience. It made me feel like they thought that I wasn't worthy that I was just some low life staying at the motel because I know that I've seen many places compensate compensate with a free night for way. So it's just like I wasn't as important as other people.00

Not much but location Room was outdated tv remote didn't work broke chairs mattress needed replaced springs starting to come out of mattress floor dirty had to wear socks so feet wouldn't get dirty

It was convienent for the location, the tile on the floor was cracked, and there was mold in the bathroom, and the tv was like black and white. But it is what it is for the amount you paid. some of the rooms are upgraded and some of the others are not. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Cigarette burns in comforter, stains on sheets, sticky floor, red stuff spilled on wall, light out in bathroom, people actually living daily on property- smoking and arguing. Told staff I was leaving and wanted to cancel reservation after being there about 10 minutes. She told me "could give you a better room". As if the room given to me she knew was not good. Horrible place. Very unclean. Staff in lobby were nice when checking in. Place was very simple and plain in appearance of lobby area. Didn’t expect the Hilton, however, WILL NEVER STAY THERE AND DON'T RECOMMEND.
