There was black mold in my room and bathroom showerhead was bad leaking and it smell bad in the room.
-
It was ok for the price. Breakfast was a little underwhelming. Front desk staff was great and was a great price

Property was ok. Not bad for the price. The floor is my biggest complaint, always felt wet on the vinyl part. The carpeted part was old and felt like it was very old.
-
This was especially upsetting because we were traveling for my doctoral graduation ceremony. Due to the physical discomfort, stress, and disruption caused by this situation, I missed my graduation ceremony, an important milestone that I cannot get back. Travelers should thoroughly inspect mattress seams, headboards, bedding, and furniture upon arrival, and report concerns immediately. Based on our experience, I would not stay here again unless the property can demonstrate that this issue has been fully addressed.

Ok for 1 night. Room was clean but a little rundown. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and hot. Was able to park uhaul truck and trailer on property. Property was a bit noisy up until 10 pm.

Very please with everything

Mrs. Shanelle went above and beyond to track down condiments that were currently unavailable, showing great care and effort to help guests. Mr. Irvin was equally wonderful—he took the time to patiently help my daughter learn how to use the waffle maker and was kind and encouraging throughout. Their hospitality truly made a difference in our experience this year

The room was very big which I was excited about. But it was not clean. The tub still had hairs from the previous guest in it. The floors were visibly dirty.

I went off of the reviews and rating which clearly are not inaccurate or misleading cause I wouldn’t stay there ever again. Whoever does housekeeping needs to be replaced and possibly the management whom should be on top of the cleanliness of the rooms, and there’s no way that it’s not been addressed by other guests.

The pool and hot tub. Also the location to family N/A

My family loved the lobby and breakfast area. We were able to have a variety of food choices and there was plenty of seating options for us to sit and eat altogether (there were 5 of us). Unfortunately, since the pool was outside, and it was raining, we were unable to swim during our stay. Our room was clean and we were able to get a good rest in the beds.

I like the pool and the price. The worms were clean. The bed was not that comfortable. Everything else was fine. It was very convenient to nearby restaurants.
-
Hotel was very outdated and needed many repairs and upkeep maintenance. Staff was less than enthusiastic about helping guests. Breakfast was poorly stocked. Will not return, even for the price
-
The only decent things about this property was the location and the fact that it had a bed. The hotel smelled horrid of mold, mildew, and marijuana.
-
Pool and really clean rooms
-
I will never stay here again

The room was nice. The shower gel dispenser was empty. Beds were comfortable. TV signal was bad because of heavy rain. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Your typical hot hotel breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, bagels, toast, coffee, waffles, juice, milk, cereal. They left the coffee machine on all day, so you could get coffee anytime. The pool was nice and clean. But the hot tub was green and smelled awful.

I do not recommend this place even for a last minute stay. When I checked in. I traveled with a friend that also had a room for themselves. The building my room was had a door that looked like someone punched and cracked the window, the hallway smelled like feet and was very humid. In the room they gave me, my bed had yellow stains, the “desk area” looked like it was missing half the desk or something from the wall, the flush handle on the toilet was already broken and never fixed, there were pills left in the nightstand along with used napkins, the closet doors were also broken. My friends room was in a similar state with bed stains and broken features in the room. We immediately checked out and found a different hotel in the area. The staff was very helpful and surprised at the state of my room which they saw for themselves.

I loved the location being right off the highway since I had been traveling for 6 hours. The staff was very friendly and was quick to check me in and out. The room was clean, cool, and spacious. I didn't even hear other people's pets unless I was in the hall. Small beds. Hard beds. Not enough outlets. Light wouldn't turn off in the main sleeping area so had to sleep with a light on. No elevator which was hard on my senior dog and disabled partner. Breakfast was mid but warm.

The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The pool is always well maintained. The hot tub has green tint and smells like a fish tank. The staff are adamant about not checking in prior to 3:00 but then even after arriving and early and waiting til 3:00 we still had to wait 20 min for room and then the floors were still wet in room. Staffing could use more friendly tones.
