I don't plan on going back. I would spend the extra $20-$50 a night and get something a little nicer.

They had breakfast in their rooms for clean Nothing really.

The hotel location is very convenient in the Cedar Bluff area of Knoxville. There are lots of restaurants, gas stations, and a grocery store nearby. My room was spacious, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was perfectly fine. The sink was a raised basin type which I find annoying, but it works. The breakfast was adequate, with a waffle maker, scrambled eggs and sausages, biscuits and gravy, 2 kinds of cereal, some bread and bagels for toasting, yogurt, and coffee, milk, and juices. The front desk worker was very friendly. A downside for me was that there weren't any towels in my room when I got there. I had to go ask for some, which has never happened to me in any hotel before! Also, the room seemed like it needed to be really deep cleaned, especially the floors, but it wasn't really bad. The thing that was really icky was that the laminate/fake wood floors were slick from the humidity. When I took off my socks and walked on the floors, I was slipping around, like walking in syrup. I had to keep my socks on or wear my flip flops. Definitely gross. But overall, this hotel was perfectly fine for one night in Knoxville as I was moving my son back to the University of Tennessee.

The rooms were well maintained and clean, and it looked like it's been recently updated but, unfortunately, the hallways - the carpeting was old and smelled. The towels were old, yellowish and did not smell clean. The buffet was nice and the staff were nice.

The staff is amazing. Breakfast is great, the chef is amazing and so nice! The rooms are always clean, fresh and I about refuse to stay anywhere else when in Knoxville. Esp with traveling with dogs. You won't complain here.

I loved the hot tub and the breakfast was amazing.

Room was poorly maintained sticky floors smelled like mildew. Pool could have been nice if it was vacuumed had green algae growing up the side and stairs cigarette butts all around patio and pool area Breakfast was mediocre, but passable didn’t see any bugs in her room, but would not recommend to my friends and family

My bathtub was filthy, ceiling paint was peeling and chips everywhere, had 1 towel no rags no hand towels. Room was supposed to be king size handicap check in was at 3:00 got there at 3:45 all the king handicap first floor was gone wanted me to walk up steps with a cane and luggage, after arguing with the desk I settled for queen size first floor. Will not recommend or stay again.

The musty smell and marijuana smell

The front staff is the best. The chef for breakfast, amazing!

Decent budget hotel. Upon closer look some things weren't good. Whirlpool had a weird smell, didn't appear to be as chemically balanced and maintained as the outside pool (which was very nice). Floors are clean but doors aren't. Ironing boards are all busted. Breakfast was standard, clean and well stocked. Room was fine. Weed smells in the hallways.

Though pretty well outdated, most of the property seemed to be maintained well! The room was clean, though it smelled musty and had a strange dampness to it. I assume this is due to deep cleaning that goes into maintaining pet friendly rooms... Parking was scarce and the lot tough to navigate, but we made due. Breakfast was great! Can't go wrong with waffles and biscuits and gravy! And the gal that prepared it and maintained the dining area was a gem! Give her a raise please!! All in all the staff was pleasant and our stay was quite good for the price!
