Element by Marriott Knoxville West

I love this hotel for its location to plenty of stores and restaurants. They have laundry room on site (bring quarters, they should upgrade machines to apple pay). Very clean, great breakfast included. Also love the kitchen in the upgraded rooms. I stay here when visiting my daughter at UT when the downtown prices are ridiculous.

We stayed for a week and had a great experience. The rooms and facilities were clean and modern, and everything worked as it should. Beds were comfy. The staff are amazing, especially Miss Sally who took care of us when we checked in and helped us with a room change we required (the room change was not due to any issues with the hotel). The rest of the staff helped us with various things throughout the week too and were very friendly. Breakfast and coffee were nice. We stayed in the middle of summer which meant rooms got humid when we were out, but were fine after running the air conditioner for a bit.

The room was a good size and the walk in shower was very nice. The made to order breakfast was a welcome change from the continental breakfast most hotels have. Staff were friendly and helpful. Sound of traffic was easily heard on the side of the hotel that I stayed. Air conditioning blew directly onto the bed and made me feel colder than I would have liked.

I needed a place for my family of 5. Element was perfect! Staff was helpful; breakfast was very good; even had an 8 pm tea-time for a good night's rest:). I didn't have time for gym, laundry or pool but, those areas looked well cared for. No complaints.

The property itself was very nice The breakfast was very very disappointing. Not only was everything cold there was not a lot options for children who don't like eggs and turkey sausage. We had to check out and go to another place to have breakfast for our family.

Clean and friendly place. The road noise from the interstate was incredibly loud trying to sleep.

The beds were very comfortable. Was upgraded to a queen suite and there was more than enough room. The kitchen was a nice bonus. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Happy hour was great. There was hair in the shower along with some mold on the tiles. I did not get a chance to take pictures. The floor, especially in the kitchen was not swept very well. The towels were very small and could stand to be upgraded. One washcloth had some ugly stains on it and the other one had hair on it. Did get them replaced. Breakfast was ok. Could get eggs cooked to order, but no meat options. The rest was pretty much grab and go.
