We checked in on 8/6 and was scheduled to leave 8/10. On 8/9 after having to get clean towels and amenities (had no toilet paper all day on 8/7, having to use the lobby bathroom), and having to take our trash to dump every day, we left hotel. Very nice place, but you have to do your our room service.

The property was adequate. However our room smelled like a dog. Understand pets are allowed but it was very distinct in our room.

It would have been better to adjust breakfast to end at 10:30 or 11. Not worth it to get there by 9:30 after the previous night wedding party.

The fold out couch was horrible. Basically sleeping on springs!

The people at the front desk were nice and welcoming. The beds were tilted and the mattresses were worn. We did not sleep either night we were there. The cat next door was meowing all night. The bedding was ripped and worn, rather disgusting.

It was really nice. The kitchen area was dusty. Of course I wiped it clean and rewashed the dishes. But the kitchen was awesome. Just enough dishes to accommodate and a nice fridge.

Jessica and Frederika were so friendly and helpful during our stay. Also, the young man that was in charge of breakfast was very friendly as well.

It’s definitely Okay to stay but house keeping didn’t happen until we insist them. Regarding the cleanliness, I felt room was little old. Overall it’s Ok and would have been little better.

Tub wouldn’t hold water and shower head barely dripped water. Family struggled to get cleaned off. We paid for a queen suite and the beds were doubles.

This is next to the expressway. I was not able to sleep the entire night due to the noise!!
