Best Western Plus Knoxville Cedar Bluff

Love this hotel. We stay here every summer for baseball tournament. Everyone is so sweet and friendly. Rooms are large and clean. Breakfast is great. Always coffee available. Pool was great. Our room did have a musty smell when entering. We were given some spray. I think it may have been coming from the sink drain. It was much better by the time we left. We stayed 4 nights.

I was very satisfied with my my stay

We had to spend the night due to me having a cornea transplant. That night the electricity went out and we were on the second floor so I had to be lead down a dark hallway and stairs not being able to see. This was a major safety issue and hazard. You would think a large hotel would have a back up source for electric. When asked for a refund to go somewhere else we were ignored by the staff which was standing outside. It was a miserable experience. I understand life happens but that could have ended in a very bad situation. We weren’t offered any kind of compensation or anything. So beware once they have your money they don’t care if you’re satisfied. I also called and complained but never received the call back that I was suppose to.

Staff was kind and welcoming and extremely helpful. Breakfast was always amazing, the hotel smelled so good right when walking in, like a spa. Pool was clean and nice and kids loved hanging out and swimming … area felt safe, well lit, close to restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay again. Staff was super accommodating and went above and beyond.

Property needs a bit of an update and I wish the presidential suite got colder, but overall I love staying here. The room was clean and I love the coffee maker in the lobby.
