Always wonderful! Always stay when we go to Knoxville. Clean and staff is wonderful!

I did not love this hotel. I know the prices were inflated due to the Tennessee vs Texas football game but I felt extremely disappointed by the dated hotel and having to pay $400 for one night for the quality of the hotel. The bathroom clean but overall it just felt yuck.

Our was clean but it smelled musty. The TV and internet signals were weak. We had to ask the front desk to come to the room twice to get the tv working. She was very happy to help and gave us a paper channel guide as you couldn’t pull the guide up on the tv. There was no channel information on the screen so you had no idea what you were watching. Several channels were unavailable. We were there only one night so was just annoying.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was a nice spread. The room, carpets, bathroom area was not clean. So much gunk in the corners. Coffee maker in room didn’t work. This hotel needs a huge renovation.

everything was great. breakfast was fantastic there was a person sitting in their car when we arrived and it was dark outside.

Nothing to brag about. The hotel might be OK, perhaps we were not lucky with our accessible room on the first floor - it was dark, smelled musky, warn out towels, no room for toiletries around sink, but shower was accessible. TV was not working properly, it required full set up when turned on. The breakfast area was extremely small and not inviting. Staff was helpful, just wish they were more helpful with a better room.

Clean rooms and property. Very nice staff. It was a nice place that I’ll return to.

The staff was very friendly & accommodated us as we needed extra pillows … she brought them to us promptly, along with homemade cookies! Very nice staff member at check out as well. Thanked us for our stay there.

Only complaint was a used bar of soap was still in the shower with hair on it.

Although we had a couple of minor issues with a slow draining sink and a light not working, once we mentioned it to the front desk, both issues were resolved very quickly. The breakfast was outstanding and the bed very comfortable.
