There was cockroaches all in the room it was absolutely disgusting and when we advised staff they did nothing but look at us and laugh this is not a nice clean hotel like they advertise

Great!

Not my normal hotel liking do to doors being outside but the bedding and my sleep was good! The room did have bugs and ants. Thankful I only stayed overnight.
-
Very sketchy looking on the inside. Bathroom had bugs and there was a constant tapping noise that was quite annoying.
-
The door didn’t properly seal in the top corner, the buildings exterior had random junk and trash all over. The shower was stuck on hot and you couldn’t turn it down. The bed spread had a stain on it. The woman who check us in wasn’t super friendly she almost judged us for booking a room with two twin beds. She mentioned once we were getting two twin beds we said ok, she then felt the need to mention it in a different tone we just said okay.

We killed several bugs in the room before leaving. Even several cockroaches. They were friendly and helpful but it was too much for me.

This stay was disappointing. Despite a reported recent upgrade, the mattress was so old it had two troughs and then a ridge in the middle. The outside was not tidy. The staff was quiet spoken and when misunderstandings occurred turned defensive. Other aspects were less than desirable.

It was horrible. Dishwasher filled with dirty dishes. We just walked it to it! Fridge dirty. Side had food dripping splatter. Walls food splatter. Even the shelves were warn chipped paint down to the metal/dirty. People lived next door. People in parking lot VERY SKETCHY. Smelled awful. If you choose to stay thats your own fault. We never were credited. !! Everything its grose! Read above.!!!

Cockroaches, smelling the room, not clean room
-
The property needs some cleaning and paint. The first room I was given smelled like pot, so I had to ask for a new room. The luggage carrier was broke. The lobby needs to be updated.

Good

Staff was helpful My first room was infested with roaches my second room reeked of cigarettes

More of an extended stay motel. Not clean. Pictures do not show this particular location; very misleading. Mold in bathroom, unfinished mud where someone was trying to fix. Plywood for holding toilet paper roll to wall. Dirt in every corner we looked and had to physically hold remote together to get it to work.

Room was dirty
-
Room was not clean and felt dumpy. Photos online were misleading and did not capture what the actual room looked like. We had loose hairs on our towels and condition of floors/ walls is very poor. The noise level of the rooms is also a major issue. Walls are super thin where you can hear the highway loud and clear and people upstairs. Other online reviews reported the same if not worse issues which sealed the deal for us. We immediately canceled our 3 night stay the night we checked in and looked elsewhere. Not worth the stay unless you are seriously strapped for money.

There was nothing to like about this place. It was dirty, there were ants in the room, the facilities were in ill repair, and we never received a room key! Supposedly the key machine was broken, so we had to go to the office to be let in every time we left. Cleanliness. The non smoking room we had reeked of smoke, there were cigarette burns on the nightstand, and there were nicotine stains and mildew on the bathroom ceiling.

smells terrible in the room and the pictures are false advertising

Exceptional

There are restaurants close by. There wasn’t anyone there that spoke English. It was very cheap. Just enough to get by.
-
Room needs cleaning. Roaches are in the kitchen.
