Days Inn by Wyndham Knoxville West

Do not recommend this inn. I knew it would be on the lower end when booking, but it was worse than I expected. There were dirty stains on the bedsheets for both beds, stains on the shower curtain and in the bathtub, half the towels provided were dirty, mildew in the water compartment of the steam iron, the table was broken and chairs were dirty, the fridge didn't work.. The list goes on. Definitely the worst inn I've ever stayed at.

Property was close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Hotels that look ZERO like their listing! Luckily I was just there to sleep. The fridge was GLUED TOGETHER like an elephant had sat on it. Desk was somehow broke in half. Room held humidity and everything was sticky! And im still waiting on my deposit for this room to be returned?

The location The bathroom there was a hole behind the toilet by the floor. The tub was very grungy and hose was in the sink did not take a shower from how rough the shower looked

The carpet was wet because they had just steam cleaned it. The breakfast was just an apple and granola bar. Worst place I’ve stayed in a long time! And it smelled funky!

This property had black mold in the bathrooms and the bedding was stained. We did not stay, and they would not give us a refund.

The breakfast is just a apple and granola bar, the air conditioning didnt work well at all, the pool was not open at the beginning of Aug. This is not what I was hoping for i could have got a place that was closer to my granddaughters birthday party for the same price but only booked her for the breakfast and the pool and they didnt have them I will never book here again.

Rooms small. No breakfast as it stated. Staff was never in office. We went to get something and they wasn't anyone and I waited 20 minutes. Went back later he was on his phone and said someone would come.. no one ever showed up.. very disappointed..

The carpet was damp, the bathroom had a broken towel bar and the A/C was very noisy.

This hotel is absolutely a horrible place. All pictures are AI generated.
