We stayed at this location and it was amazing. I have to give a big shout out to Elaine who was the lady who manages the breakfast area. She was incredible. Very nice very social very outgoing. This lady is definitely a keeper. If you review this, tell her that Jeff and John said to keep up the good work and thank you very much for all of your efforts and your awesome attitude towards your clients. We know you see many thousand thousands of clients per year but we want to thank you for all that you did for us for the breakfast area. It was amazing. You may the entire visit spectacular thank you

This is the overrated hotel. The size of the restroom is as small as the hotel you paid for $60/$70 per night. Water pressure is low. The bathtub isn't draining. Same as the breakfast - Nothing special. The outdoor swimming pool is DIRTY - dead bugs and sand all over. The most disgusting swimming pool I have ever seen. Definitely not Baymont hotel again.

Very nice, clean & affordable. The gentleman who assisted with check in was so incredibly sweet & genuine. It was during a time frame where everyone seemed to be checking in at once. He maintained his sweet & professional attitude the entire time. He didn’t miss a single stride & everything went smoothly. Beautiful deescalation! “Entitlement” was the issue for the rude & demeaning individuals. They were mad due to several others checking in ahead of them. I wish their money had simply been returned, along with “best wishes to you & your family. I hope you find an establishment that meets your standards.” The next morning said group of people decided to gather at one of the rooms & down the hallway around 6:45-7:00 am to coordinate & review their plan of events for the day - LOUDLY! They were yelling, people were woken up, & the group felt they were being “profiled” based upon the rooms of angry guests coming to their door last and directing the “group” to take the loud discussions to the lobby or breakfast area. The family that was the root of the problem the night before & that morning proceeded to leave with the female cussing everyone. During each of these events someone appeared on behalf of the establishment & redirected the people away from everyone in the most professional manner. It was an extremely tense situation, but the staff used the most amazing customer service “voices” to shut these people down & get them to the lobby. Great job by everyone! I’ll be back! ❤️

Breakfast was ok, but pretty boring. Same thing every morning for 3 days. Otherwise, the staff was helpful and friendly. Good value overall.

The property needs to be updated and better maintained. The door to our bathroom had a broken hinge and would not close without having to lift the door. The breakfast was not that great either. We ended up just grabbing yogurt.
-
Clean room, efficient front desk check in, courteous staff. Breakfast was adequate.
-
Very nice quick stay. The AC was nice and cold and the breakfast hit the spot.
-
Wheelchair accessible property, great prices and availability, quick late-night check-in with lots of late night food options nearby, nice room, great breakfast, easy checkout!

This was an affordable easy stop off the highway. Not the cleanest feeling but that’s probably just because it’s outdated. Every staff member was great. The woman refilling the breakfast stations checked in with everyone and had everything fresh and clean quickly so no one was left without a table even though it was busy. She was wonderful. So for a quick stop over, this hotel is just fine.

The room was clean, staff was helpful, complimentary breakfast was fair

I was very disappointed with this place. I booked a room at least 1 week in advance. Only to get there that night and that room was all sold out and not available.
