Quality Inn Knoxville West Cedar Bluff

Hotel is run down. Looked like some repairs were being made but not much. You could see inside the door latch to our room. The main door had water damage and was peeling from the bottom up. The bathroom door was partially painted. There were some loud “noises” from a nearby room and there was no attempt to get them to be quiet even though the front desk was 20 feet away. Would not stay here again.

There were cracks in the linoleum as soon as you walked in the room. The sink eater pressure was very low, the water did not get very warm for showers, the ac knob was broke and couldnt tell where it was at, i had to wait about 10 minites befofe angone even came to the front desk to check in and evem then i had to yell and ask of anyone was there when he came out amd gave me an attitude. I wouldnt mind a partial refund one bit. The fridge in the room did not keep any of my drinks cold, there was one small trash can for a 2 night stay, and there was no ice machine on the same floor, and the ice machine on the main floor only gave about a cup of ice and quit spitting it out. Very u happy with this place!

The room was exceptionally clean, loved the usc, usb plugs in the room, made my stay easier to plug in all my electronics.

Great location in west Knoxville, convenient to everything. Very clean, updated and safe.

Perfect location

This property was definitely not like other La Quinta Inns. The rooms were not as pictured and staff was difficult to work with. There were people hanging out in the parking lots all night long who were not guests of La Quinta. I definitely didn’t feel safe.

Clean room. Close to lots of places to eat.

The only issue we encountered was a terrible smell in the room. A mix between urine and really bad cleaning products. We should've gone back to the front desk to request a different one so that is on us.

Not great, staff not friendly

Room was very clean and the beds were comfy. The bathroom needed a better deep cleaning. The main property itself was a bit dated and the rugs could definitely use a deep cleaning. I walked to the ice machine in my socks and they can back black! So disappointing. Breakfast was blah but my family loved the waffles.

Room, and particularly bathroom, didn't smell clean. breakfast was ok. Hotels in area are very expensive, so feel like the quality was appropriate for price, but it felt rough. Bed was very comfortable. floor was sticky. lights worked. fridge worked. Staff helpful.

The room was clean, comfortable bed but had a funky smell. It reeked of cigarette smoke that must have been coming from outside or a room below. It was close to great restaurants and shopping areas. It was a great place for the price.

Older facilities. Somewhat clean. It had a stench. Breakfast was pretty simple.

We arrivex really late. It was storming and there were some roof leaks in the lobby with wet towels on the floor. The room was comfortable though. The breakfast was also okay.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was kind of curt and borderline rude. Breakfast was good. Hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles, juice, coffee, bagels, toast, yogurt. There is an Indian food truck in the parking lot which Looked good although I didn’t get to try it. The area wasn’t great, creepy guy lurking around in the back parking area.

We stayed in rm 109, near the front desk. Worried it would be noisy for breakfast prep in the morning but wasnt too bad. Room was very clean, ac worked great. Halls were quiet, smelled clean. Water pressure a little low but water was nice and hot. Overall, recommend a stay here!
