It was late at night. They kick us out because We have a puppy . We been using this Hotel since Saturday the 15th,they let us stayed that night and the next night with our puppy. It was terrible plus we are not from this Area . We are so tired and exhausted. It was just bad experienced. Attention Expedia : We need our money back

All in all, the staff was great, the breakfast was hot in the morning, and it was only for a one night stop over on the way to Indiana.

Taking a closer look the room needed better dusting in the corners, the bathroom toilet seat was broken ( forgot tell manager but will) breakfast was good but no fruit available. If you need a 1 night not very expensive hotel, this is great.

Passable

Breakfast Having to wait for the manager to finish his prayers before he would help me, that is not how u treat customers in this country, the room was not maintained, toilet seat was loose, barn style bathroom door was dragging on floor not easy to operate ,wasn't able to turn TV so that it was viewable from desk area, garbage was left out doors by the entry we used ,vanity wasn't long enough for two people to lay out their toiletries , lacking management that keeps up with overall maintenance

The location was decent. What the property lacked in amenities....it made up for in smell. The room had cigarette burn holes in the blanket, and had a constant smell of cigarette smoke like someone was smoking in the room or had been. If you are in a bind and need a quick spot to crash this works, but barely.

The rooms do look recently renovated, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It seems like there are a decent amount of restaurants and stores in the area. Front desk person at check in wasn't too friendly but wasn't necessarily rude either. The main problem was that I fell off the chair in the room!!! Since the floor is flat and no carpet or rug under the chair, when I leaned back the wheels just rolled back and lifted off the floor and I fell. So I guess be cautious and don't lean back on the chair or don't use the chair at all.

She was helpful on where to eat!!

There was no hot water during our stay, and the AC blower was powerful. Overall, I would say it was good but it is a property that needs work to make it better.

Convenient location and was very clean. King size bed. ac worked great Room was small and cramped. Water pressure was terrible. Toilet didn't even flush correctly. When we checked out the staff took my room key and just nodded her head. Like ok no receipt or anything. Don't know what airfreshener was used but soon as we exited the room it was way to much. My eyes were watering. Bed was hard and pillows were mediocre

Hotel is run down. Looked like some repairs were being made but not much. You could see inside the door latch to our room. The main door had water damage and was peeling from the bottom up. The bathroom door was partially painted. There were some loud “noises” from a nearby room and there was no attempt to get them to be quiet even though the front desk was 20 feet away. Would not stay here again.

Location was great for my needs. Room was nice size. Had a nice flat screen with plenty of free channels. Internet worked good. My pillows were not to my liking. The water pressure could have been increased.

In a convenient location Parking was limited, the bottom floor had an odd smell about it, especially where our room was located on the end of a hallway. Our room was extremely small with limited space for luggage. No trashcan in the restroom and restroom also had a not so pleasing odor to it. Our bed was very squeaky, making it uncomfortable to move while sleeping.
