Often travel and when taking road trips, Hampton Inn seems to be the brand that I favor. I was surprised when this location had unbelievable amounts of roaches crawling through the grass in the parking lot. I couldn’t even put my things down as I unloaded the car. Not to mention the three police cars that drove away as I pulled up. On walking inside security was eating their triple Wendy’s, burger, and the receptionist was OK. She greeted me. Beds were really uncomfortable. The rooms looked nice slate floors, clean bathrooms, and thank God we had no issues with the outside creepy crawler visitors being in the building. They weren’t around at all. Can’t say that I would stop here again or recommend it.

Hotel was nice. However, I was over charged after booking online then they charged me again for days that I already paid for online. They also went in my room to without permission when I wasn’t there, they accused me(a pregnant woman) of smoking in my room. Nobody asked or talked to me about the situation. As soon as I checked out they took $200 from me. Then that’s when I seen on my bank account that they took $354 the night before check out. Mind yall I paid $351 for a 2 night stay online due to their systems being down the day I arrived.

Great stay for the price

Hotel was updated and clean. Breakfast was good as well as surrounding grounds. Our room was not cleaned even though we were gone from 10:00am until 5:00pm and did not have a do not disturb sign on the door. I was not impressed by how other guests were able to act and impact others in the hotel. Numerous times guests were able to listen to music with cuss words on speakers in the breakfast areas. It is offensive when people use the “N” word when speaking and I’m baffled that it is acceptable for guests to blast rap music containing it in the breakfast areas. Guests were also able to run in the hall while keeping others awake all hours of the night. The front desk staff did nothing. I do not recommend staying at this location if any youth sporting event is taking place. This is not what I was expecting from a Hilton property.

What a nice surprise! The staff were friendly and helpful, my room was clean, comfortable, and updated, and breakfast was better than most! Oh….and the water pressure and temperature in the shower were AMAZING. Great stay, and convenient, too.

Location was nice close to the interstate. My room had mold on the bathroom wall. A significant noticeable amount. Which made me very uncomfortable.

Staff was friendly and helpful, especially at front desk. Room was clean and updated. Location was close to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was good - it was organized and the area near the food was clean! The staff consistently checked and replenished breakfast items as needed. Spent time in three different hotels during this trip, and this one by far was the best.

They use satellite for TVs when it rains you can’t even watch TV cause you can’t get a signal. Very disappointing.
