Just ok. Not the nicest area, smelled vaguely like Chinese takeout inside the room and was told the ac unit was motion activated?? Disturbing and a little silly considering I don’t move around the room while I sleep 🤔 thought it was broken and also got super hot overnight. Alright for a quick stop on the road but not for a weekend getaway.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was clean, and having laundry in the building was very convenient.

Where to start. YES its a new hotel - NO I would never go there again. We booked for 4 days, had to be at Children's Hosp We usually stay at Comfort Inn & suites on Kingston/Mall. ANYWAY - the 1st night we checked in & got to bed, When we got up we were covered with bites! We called the office to advise them and all they said way they have mattress covers, so they don't know why we would have bites. So we ask if they at least change the sheets. Which they did = & charged us $5! You will also have to pay to have pots/pans, drink ware - they say are included in the room we rented...but when you get there, they have a little note stating otherwise. it does have a full size refg. - that was nice. ANYWAY let's move on the staff/people that = It is VERY upsetting to come down to the office and find a metal roll down door across it like a drug den, at the front desk! that was from 5 am until at least 3 pm - How safe is that for us? We would have to call 500 from the room to reach someone.. Then you go outside & people are smoking weed and doing other things. this place is more of a halfway house.... When we asked for fresh towel, they got pissed..they ONLY service room every 3 day (not in ad). so we backed up and moved over to Comfort Inn - washed everything is super-hot water ...When we should have been with our grnd daughter. Not at any time did anyone say "OH my gosh so sorry, how can we fix this? I have been in hotel bus for over 30 and would have fired them.

Staff is super helpful and friendly

During check-in the guest services person was rude and very Kirt. We were in our room less than five minutes. It smelled terribly and the refrigerator was leaking water all over the floor.Given the rude treatment we received we did not feel requesting another room would not be well received. The rest of the hotel was dingy. Expedia was unhelpful in getting us a full refund. I am closing my account and will never use it again.

Clean

My door was broken , no shower curtain. Some clowns dog barked all night. Loudest bunch of hillbillies staying. People making noise all night inside and outside

The room smelled so bad. Pillows were dirty, not cleaned well

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean. Excellent place for extended stay.
