Everything was great and I’m looking forward to going back in the future.

Beautiful property!! Had a great time!!
-
Beautiful facility, but you have to pay for everything. Food was mediocre.

I can’t say enough about what a beautiful resort this is. Worth every penny. Excellent staff. Gorgeous gardens. We took daily walks. The scenery was amazing. The staff were always helpful and friendly. We are All Accor members. We took the bikes out and around the area. This hotel is truly a class act!

The property was great and the staff was excellent. The beach area was great and had great access to areas for snorkeling. The pool area was large and they had an adults only section but there were not a lot of young kids when we were there. The restaurants were good most had inside and outdoor seating. Parking (if you have a car) is also great and easy to get in and out.

Gold Floor staff was wonderful. Lora, Sam, and Sean in particular. Very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful resort and spa. Exceeded expectations

All of the above! Was a great stay and exceeded my expectations all around.

Room was beautiful. Great views. Service was wonderful.

We had a fantastic stay here. The resort is absolutely perfect, great location and amenities, it’s almost too good to leave to go exploring (but you have to!). The room, balcony and view was spectacular. If you are thinking of going here, stop thinking, just book it, and definitely upgrade to the Gold experience, it’s worth it. The private hostess, lounge, amenities, all top notch.

Amazing vacation at an equally amazing resort. Would be back at the earliest chance we get. The staff, service, food, amenities, location, value all above and beyond expectations. Fantastic place to enjoy the Big Island.

Outstanding property.

did not like the Japanes restaurant
-
Excellent location - close to beautiful white sand beaches, close to shopping & dining. Nice BF. Waterfalls at the resort can be noisy at night if you enjoy sleeping with your balcony door open, and have a resort/pool/part sea view room.

This property is exquisite! The staff went above & beyond to make our stay so lovely. The room & grounds were very well maintained and luxurious. We took advantage of the beautiful private beach that is teaming with tropical fish & sea turtles. 10 out of 10!

The rooms are extremely standard, nothing special at all. They advertise them as “renovated,” but honestly, they look average and unimpressive. For this price point, I expected something far more modern, comfortable, and unique. Service across the hotel was also not what you would expect from a so-called world-class resort. Most of the staff did not seem very attentive or welcoming. It often felt like guests were an afterthought rather than the priority. The only exception was Laura at the Gold Front Desk, who was outstanding. She was professional, warm, and truly helpful. Unfortunately, one great employee doesn’t make up for the lack of service overall. Yes, the property itself is nice, but it is nowhere near what the hotel’s reputation and marketing suggest. It is not the level of luxury or service you would expect for the money charged. Bottom line: This hotel is overpriced for what it offers. It is okay at best, but definitely not worth the premium. I left feeling like I wasted a lot of money on an experience that was just average.
