Beautiful hotel grounds

This was our second time here and we couldn’t have been happier. I don’t anticipate ever staying anywhere else.

We booked a One Bedroom Deluxe King Resort View Suite with Sofabed through Travelocity. The photos showed a modern, updated room with a glass shower door and tub. Instead, we were given a handicap-accessible room, which we never requested. It had a shower curtain, no tub, and looked much older and completely different from the advertised room. The first room was also not very clean. There was an old, unpleasant smell, the bathroom floor stayed wet because the shower had no proper water barrier, and the living-room area rug was absolutely disgusting and looked very poorly maintained. When I showed the front desk the Travelocity photos, I was told that was the room we had requested. After speaking with the manager, we were told they needed to fill available timeshare rooms for the owners. I understand their business needs, but that is not the guest’s responsibility. We paid for the room shown and described on Travelocity. We were moved two days later, but had to stay in the first room for two nights. The resort later sent chocolates and an apology note, but it did not adequately address the situation. My advice: be very careful when booking through Travelocity and confirm exactly what room you will receive. The photos and description may not match the room assigned.

This was a very comfortable hotel lots of space in the 2 bdrm suite but I didn’t quite like how far the pool was. And the pool area didn’t feel clean enough.
-
So many amenities between on the properties. The golf carts and shuttles were amazing between the properties and for shopping. Property was relaxing and will definitely stay there again.
-
Beautiful property woth shuttles that run to Hilton Wiakoloa Village and the near by shops. Wifi was spotty in some areas. Close to grocery store and shopping. Easy to access the rest of the island from this location. Pools were family friendly.

We’ve been coming here almost every year to enjoy the pools, water slides, and spacious accommodations. Great for families, everyone loves it! Washer and dryer in the room and full kitchen come in handy as well. Can’t wait to head back!

The best hotel on the island!

Overall it was an awesome experience. The ONLY issue with this Hotel, was that you had to pay for parking. We are already paying for the room which should come with parking in my opinion. so I guess I dont agree with their parking fee BUT besides the parking situation, it was an all around great vacation!

We had a great time at this property. It felt private, quiet and very accessible, while still also having access to the bigger Hilton property in the area. We stayed in a junior suite and every amenity possible, was provided, including laundry soap (we had an in-unit washer and dryer, which was so nice!). We will definitely stay here again.

Great service, comfortable clean environment. Plenty of amenities, dining and shopping options, kind of a "one stop shop" Everything is there for you already.
