Kingsland Waikoloa is a family favorite and is our home away from home.
-
I would say that you might want to offer cereals for the kids and milk at the breakfast buffet.
-
Beautiful property. Lots of options.
-
The pool area for kids and for the adults was really nice super safe for the little ones the WiFi however especially by the kids pools was very bad.
-
Great place for kids. Very convenient and great location to shops and restaurants. Kid art and classes every day. Shuttle is easy to use too.

There was a leak in the room and the floor was wet when we arrived. Requested the staff to move us to different room but instead of moving us they sent the maintenance crew which tried to fix the problem until midnight and was a big impingement on the privacy. Next day when we called the staff about the status, they had no clue about the troubleshooting done by maintenance crew previous day. Finally, we had to talk to supervisor to have us moved to another room. This room was a considerable older building. Overall experience was bad.

The pool was a blast w our kids and it was great to have a kitchen and laundry. The sofa bed was very hard. The elevator was out in our building during our stay. It only 3 floors so it was fine, but it would have been nice if they notified us ahead of arrival to expect that.

The place was well maintained and the kids loved the pool/ waterslides. Parking was easy and our access to the Hilton Waikoloa Village was a plus. Only down side was that the restaurant closes too early and the maid service did not replace bath towels. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

dont stay anywhere else! best in town :)

The resort was absolutely stunning and we had a blast hanging out at the pool. Our room was spacious and we had a view of wild goats passing by. It was amazing! My only complaint was that we requested clean sheets on one of the beds and a few extra towels and it was never done. I decided to wash them myself and the washer was complicated to figure out. I stayed up late waiting for my sheets. For such a nice resort it was a little disappointing.

Customer service was exceptional!

Loved the pool and the shopping center No airport shuttle and was disappointed that we had to pay for the breakfast buffet.

Having a kitchen with a full size fridge and stove was awesome! The washer/dryer was another great resource to have in the room. There’s a free shuttle that comes every 30 minutes to take you to a destination in that area was great too. The pools are awesome. There was a section for 18+, 16+, and all ages. So if you don’t want to be in a “splash zone” you have that option. The food from the pool bar was yummy and was at a decent price. We are from Hilo and will definitely be planning another staycation here soon.

We were pleasantly surprised what a nice property this was. We stayed for a wedding at another location. Property was peaceful and clean, main pool was wonderful. Great amenities nearby. Kids loved it. The flight there is a haul from the Midwest but it was a bucket list location. Volcano national park is about 2.5 hours away.

Great maintenance, timely support and endless amenities especially the Hilton Village, marketplace and restaurants nearby. Luau was great too

Amazing pool with waterslides, basketball and volleyball, kiddy beach and adult areas, something for everyone. We loved having a kitchen and the propane grills outside (just get groceries in Kona or pay a premium). Hard to beat breakfast with a view on the patio. The area is very peaceful and beautiful. The staff were super helpful, always checking in on any needs. Beds were so comfortable and soft. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel, we really felt like we were enjoying a luxurious Hawaiian lifestyle.

Fun for all

We loved this resort! Everything was perfect.

Big suits, nice pools for kids. Check-in process can be faster. I think the software part is slow. Shower had an empty hair conditioner bottle. Breakfast buffet is average, typical corporate food.
