Hilton Grand Vacations Club Kings’ Land Waikoloa

the room is very large and great for 4 people family. we had wonderful time there.

I absolutely loves this hotel. We stayed in the two bedroom suite with a large patio. We loved going out in the morning and seeing all the wild life. The room was clean and the hotel very quiet. The staff was always helpful even when our friend stepped on sea urchin. I love that there was a number to text and the response was always fast and accurate. The pool was awesome we loved the water slides. The bar staff was always friendly and the Bloody Mary always so yummy! We would absolutely stay here again!

The cleanliness of the room was amazing! One thing I wish they did better of was the other pools and towels. Some of the cement tiling at the pool was also chipping so that was concerning while walking.

The apartment was big and there was all needed for total relax.

Quiet and relaxing. Had to pay for parking at a location that had no public transportation . You had to have a car to sight see or visit beaches or buy food to cook in the kitchen that was part of the villa. The nearest shopping area was 45 miles away from the property. Also my daughter paid way less than we did. She booked with another company and had breakfast on the property and had two days free car rental. I would book with the Hilton properties again.

Everything else was amazing

The resort was nice and clean.

On top of everything else the master bedroom dual sinks would not drain. I called housekeeping at 2130 to have someone come unplug and fix the drain. They showed up within the 15 minutes they promised but was successful at fixing only one of the sinks. We have stayed at Kings Landing over the years 7-8 times and there has been a noticeable change in the facilities and grounds but most notable has been the lack of the Aloha! spirit!

Very clean room and property. We wished the breakfast buffet had opened at 7am instead of 8am. The quality of the breakfast could be better. We did not pick up the "free gift" because we didn't want to hear the timeshare sales pitch. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area.

I love how the toilet keeps my buns warm. Love how theres an outside balcony. I had my personal vehicle and I didnt like how the sprinklers was goin on my vehicle, it left light blue spots on my black vehicle. We also found underwear thats not ours behind the drawer and a knife under the bed.

This was our 2nd time staying at Kings' Land and won't be our last. It's a massive, beautiful property with several different pools, and the Queen's & King's Marketplaces only a brisk 20-25 min. walk away. We stained the sheets the first night, spoke with front desk at 3am, but it we did have to follow up again at 1p when the 8a cleaners didn't show. After that the service was excellent & friendly. Our room was cleaned & bed was made by the time we got home from each adventure out & about. The $35/day parking is a bit steep, but still cheaper than Hilton's Ocean Towers ($50/day). We plan on staying the next time we go!
