Hilton Waikoloa Village

Nui Italian was a fantastic restaurant, and the bar staff was outstanding, providing excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, especially considering we were there during Hurricane Nolo. Despite the weather challenges, the staff worked hard to ensure guests were comfortable and well taken care of. We would gladly return and look forward to seeing some of the property's maintenance improvements in the future.

Great place to take a family vacation.

The staff did a great job. They are well trained in customer service (which today is a lost art) they answered every with a positive smile. Geart job!!

A very nice location with a beautiful view. Staff is super friendly. The rooms are ok. The bathrooms could use upgrading. Our room location was in the Makai tower and close to the elevator so noise was an issue. Parking is expensive...$48/night. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

Tram long wait times, hundreds of hidden fees.

Unfortunately I ended up with a stomach ache as soon as I ate the guava danish from one of your stores and had to stay in all day on 9/23/26z

She did not give me a key for the self-parking garage, even though I told her I had a rental car. She also never explained that there was a train that could take me to the tower where my room was located. She explained absolutely nothing about the property or how to get to my room. Instead, she simply gave me two bottles of water, as if someone else were going to take my luggage. I have never stayed at a hotel where I was expected to carry my own luggage to a room that was literally about 15 minutes away from the lobby. There were also no teaspoons or utensils in the room. Later, someone contacted me during my stay and let me know that, as a Hilton Honors member, I could reach out to her if I needed any information or assistance. That was actually the first time I felt that someone was genuinely willing to help. Charging $50 per day for self-parking, especially when the parking area is so far from the main entrance, is quite ridiculous. The beach at the property is also extremely rocky, so I had to drive to a different beach every day just to actually enjoy the beaches of Hawaii. Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again. The only truly valuable thing about the property is the views.

Our room was excellent — beautifully renovated, spacious and very comfortable. We were very happy with the room itself. While the room was excellent, the hotel’s common facilities could definitely be improved. The pool areas, gym, and other shared spaces feel dated and would benefit from better maintenance and renovation to match the standard of the renovated rooms.

We had a very nice time staying here , views were nice ! Pools clean . Staff very friendly and helpful. Only thing I suggest before going to the resort bring plenty of snacks you love .

Most places closes early ( pool bar, spa, etc). It was very hard finding towels (all towel kiosks were empty for us). Adult swimming pool was small and had no special accommodations. Location is FARRR from the main Kona area (30minute drive) and there is nothing in Waikoloa except the village itself.

Cockroach. The staff send people to spray.

Paradise. Pricey, but worth all the pennies. The luau was amazing, even in the rain.

Resort location and is beautiful visually Facilities are lovely Dolphins are great and the lagoon was fantastic especially as the high surf warnings meant we couldn't snorkel anywhere else Construction by room Construction in breakfast area so that was closed Tram was super long to wait for so had to walk 10mins to room all the time Boats in the canal weren't operating We emailed and noted on booking.com it was our honeymoon although we didn't expect anything to be done. No one even mentioned it. We understand being an island things are expensive however everything seemed rather overpriced especially the restaurants Claims to have 8 or 11 restaurants yet most closed at 5 and only 2 open for dinner Nothing bad, it was fine and we had a great time.

Clean, quiet, convenient. Best pool in Hawaii. Legends of Hawaii Luau was amazing. Having a snorkeling lagoon onsite is such a huge win. Played all 27 holes of golf, great experience. Cannot recommend this property any more enthusiastically
