I love these suites. We moved to the ocean tower and the difference is night and day

Air conditioning didn't work and they couldn't fix it, so they moved us to a new room.

Very spacious and well maintained suites! We were on the first floor and loved having an outdoor seating area. Access to the pools within other Hilton resorts on the property was great! Walking distance to nearby Queens Marketplace.

Rooms were fantastic for families and the resort was beautiful. The easy access to the main Hilton property was wonderful and our kids loved it. Super easy access to the restaurants and stores near by as well. Overall, couldn't have been happier with our choice.

Yes kitchen was fully equipped. There were plenty of shops near by. The front desk staff was wonderful. However, sometime when I texted for request, it was forgotten. The property was old. The water pressure was very weak. The screen to the patio was broken. The ceiling lamp cover fell off in the middle of the night.

We had a comfortable stay. The kitchen provided us the opportunity to make breakfast in the morning and not feel rushed to go get something to eat as soon as we woke up. The area is really quiet and made our stay very relaxing. The stalk was attentive and expedited our requests for towels and clean ups.

not the usual time for a checkout, and we felt very rushed as the maid started knocking on our door at 950am. We also thought the bed was not that great as it has not been flipped for awhile, so there was a large hump in the middle.

The room was as advertised. Nice view and staff very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again :)

Wonderful 2 bedroom suites with kitchen. Warmest pool in the area. Shuttle to Hilton Kingsland and Hilton Waikoloa and to shops and grocery stores. Crafts and Sweet Wednesday. Great location and wonderful place to stay. Will see you next year!

The facilities and property are really nice and the staff was very pleasant

Staff check-in great. Toilet ran constantly and found dirty diaper in guest room. Good location and close to pool for price.

Wonderful view and great environment! Clean room and daily clean up makes it even better. The room design is good for a family trip and staff are helping with us for any needs.

The area was beautiful, nice place to relax with the family. Clean room, good staff & good variety of activities. However the appliance like light fixtures, tv need work & need more quality checks as during the stay there was trouble with the lights, tv & ac system.

Lovely grounds and resort pool with water slide Cost

The staff could not accommodate a simple late checkout only to find that neighbors were grated a lated checkout on the same day. Unfair.

This is an excellent hotel got our vacation. It does not have a restaurant inside this facility.

Rooms are spacious. amenities are ok. No F&B options on premise. Service response is slow.

We love this property! There is always so much to do and the grounds are beautiful. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. There is enough space everywhere so it doesn’t feel crowded.
