Excellent rooms, very nice and spacious

Great property, very clean. Great location near restaurants and shops. The pool was small but we had access to the large pools at the Hilton up the road, just a few minutes drive.

Every staff member from the registration desk to the gardener were friendly, courteous and greeted you with a smile and friendly greeting. Amazing.

The room was spacious and the area had a shopping mall near by which was convenient. We found so many bugs in the room. The staff wasn’t kind from the beginning.

Due to Layla we had to change plans and booked the Hilton Grand Vacations Waikoloa. The room was huge, perfect for 5 people. Grounds and amenities were beautiful and the whole staff was courteous and professional. Pool was clean and quiet near our unit. Vacation saver for us! I would return.

The pool and lagoon were great for younger kids. The only thing I would recommend is to lengthen the hours of the pool eatery and bar. Closing at 5:00 PM is a little early for summer time.

The pool was incredible hot ?. Not refreshing at all. 82 degrees is the perfect temperature. Not sure if u heat the pool or maybe hot like this normally. Would pay to install a solar heating / cooling on the roof. Cools it in the summer and heats it in the winter.

Everything. Also I recommend ASHLEY THE BARTENDER. Great at what see does and very polite. The BBQ grills needs to be UP DATED due to both grill only half working . Also install a light so we can see better when we're cooking.

I love these suites. We moved to the ocean tower and the difference is night and day
