Clean room.. friendly staff

Lots of space. Rooms renovated in the last year so everything was pretty good

The pool and lagoon were great for younger kids. The only thing I would recommend is to lengthen the hours of the pool eatery and bar. Closing at 5:00 PM is a little early for summer time.

The pool was incredible hot . Not refreshing at all. 82 degrees is the perfect temperature. Not sure if u heat the pool or maybe hot like this normally. Would pay to install a solar heating / cooling on the roof. Cools it in the summer and heats it in the winter.

We loved how clean, comfortable, and well-maintained the property was. It had everything we needed, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax after a busy day. Honestly, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Our stay was comfortable, the property was well maintained, and everything met our expectations.

Everything. Also I recommend ASHLEY THE BARTENDER. Great at what see does and very polite. The BBQ grills needs to be UP DATED due to both grill only half working . Also install a light so we can see better when we're cooking.

I love these suites. We moved to the ocean tower and the difference is night and day

Air conditioning didn't work and they couldn't fix it, so they moved us to a new room.

Very spacious and well maintained suites! We were on the first floor and loved having an outdoor seating area. Access to the pools within other Hilton resorts on the property was great! Walking distance to nearby Queens Marketplace.

Rooms were fantastic for families and the resort was beautiful. The easy access to the main Hilton property was wonderful and our kids loved it. Super easy access to the restaurants and stores near by as well. Overall, couldn't have been happier with our choice.

Yes kitchen was fully equipped. There were plenty of shops near by. The front desk staff was wonderful. However, sometime when I texted for request, it was forgotten. The property was old. The water pressure was very weak. The screen to the patio was broken. The ceiling lamp cover fell off in the middle of the night.

We had a comfortable stay. The kitchen provided us the opportunity to make breakfast in the morning and not feel rushed to go get something to eat as soon as we woke up. The area is really quiet and made our stay very relaxing. The stalk was attentive and expedited our requests for towels and clean ups.

The room was really nice and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay. The check in time of 4pm was later than usual and did cause us to leave the Hilton and find another activity before checking in. This was a surprise. The check out time was just as bad, well even worse, it was at 10am. This is also not the usual time for a checkout, and we felt very rushed as the maid started knocking on our door at 950am. We also thought the bed was not that great as it has not been flipped for awhile, so there was a large hump in the middle.

Wonderful 2 bedroom suites with kitchen. Warmest pool in the area. Shuttle to Hilton Kingsland and Hilton Waikoloa and to shops and grocery stores. Crafts and Sweet Wednesday. Great location and wonderful place to stay. Will see you next year!
