Price was amongst the lowest in the city to choose from The parking and limited means of getting in and leaving out of the parking lot.

The place smelled like a skunk, not clean, very uncomfortable environment, paper in the peep hole, hand prints on headboard that wasn’t there when we first checked in, room was hot.

Well i booked online through the web with expedia and paid for it as well turns out i get there and they told me they dont do service with expedia and id have to contact them for a refund, nope expedia couldnt help or get in contact with the hotel and when i called the hotel they hang up on me

Yall stole my money and did not give me a room

Well there was a hot tub but it was on the second floor. Non-compliant water was cold most of the night. It took forever for the water to get warm. There was bugs in the room. Cleanliness was not very good and plus the fact the hotels.com does not handle their bookings. So all the money that I spent on hotels.com didn't matter and it wound up costing me $30 more than what the trip was when I booked it

The jacuzzi room i reserved pumped nothjng but cold water. I will not be back.

Clean enough

The room wasn’t clean and the people smoking everywhere it wasn’t bearable for me and the whole hotel is infested in roaches

Nothing really. The receptionist was nice and welcoming. The room was dirty. Hotel isn’t kept up like it looks on photos. The extra lock inside the room was broken. Shower curtain was short. Toilet didn’t flush right.

Leaving This place is a nightmare absolutely no security door don’t lock signs on the door telling you they are spraying for bugs smell is horrendous guy at the counter disrespectful screaming at me because I said I can’t stay here with my daughter the door don’t lock called me all kinds of disgusting name so I waited until I got my refund and let him have a piece of my mind. The pictures online are a completely different hotel there’s no way it’s the same thing I will calling the bbb and the city to report this monstrosity

No towels, no ice bucket, no breakfast, dirty bathroom, over priced

Definitely not as advertised the pictures do not do it justice it is way worse

There was a lot of construction The website said it had breakfast but when I got to the property they said there was no breakfast due to the construction of the property
