Beautiful hotel and beautiful view.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this classy, eclectic little Chateau. Staff was always very accommodating. Will definite plan to come back. This is a little little jewel in the desert made for relaxation.

Great staff, clean rooms ! Pool was below average and breakfast was included, but no breakfast

The resort is beautiful! The staff is very professional and friendly. Our room was beautiful! I would love to come back and stay during cooler temperatures so we can use the fireplace and take advantage of the fire pits and outdoor dining areas! Breakfast was a selling point in our reservation. They did not offer breakfast on the weekend which was disappointing! We don’t need a full breakfast, but coming down to fresh coffee, fruit and pastries is what we were expecting! So yes I was disappointed and we did pay for this service! So instead of all “5” ratings we gave them a “4”! I don’t appreciate being told Ive paid for something and then you just don’t offer it or even address the service! It’s false advertising! The excuse was bad mouthing Expedia not taking responsibility for their own deceitful actions! Take responsibility for your own actions! Don’t blame it on the company that is providing you customers! We should have been given vouchers for brunch at their expense!

The food at the restaurant was great. Fresh and flavored. The bartender Robert what a character. They got the right person making thr cocktails... chefs knew what they were making...Place looked amazing. Peaceful. Only one little problem. Housekeeping needs work that's all I can say. Yet I would definitely come back

The area was beautiful, and the hotel itself was very nice. However, there were a few issues during our stay. The drains were clogged, our room key occasionally didn’t work, and the curtains didn’t properly cover the windows, leaving gaps that reduced privacy. The hotel also appeared to have a restaurant, but it never seemed to be open or operating during our stay. With a few improvements, this could be an excellent place to stay.

Entrance of first floor rooms are from the outside with an actual key. Kind of an apartment type. It could be inconvenient in ways like weather conditions…

Coffee maker was dirty, room needs new air conditioner. Front desk staff is amazing!!!!

Have a great visit only thing that Margaret was the ants in our room. Contacted the front desk, but no one ever came to take care of the situation.

The Chateau is a beautiful getaway. The rooms are comfortable, the grounds surrounding the building are lovely, the restaurant is great, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. My husband and I visit frequently and each visit is better than the last.

I want to give a shout out to Jon!! He is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. The way he accommodated myself & my husband during this stay was impeccable. I am super grateful to have come across such a great heart of a human being. Jon, you deserve a massive raise. Customer service so on Point!!! Also I want to shout out to Aaron & the cleaning team as well. Hospitality was beyond my expectations. I will forsure be coming back in the near future to stay at this hotel. 100/100
