The Chateau at Lake La Quinta

Have a great visit only thing that Margaret was the ants in our room. Contacted the front desk, but no one ever came to take care of the situation.

The Chateau is a beautiful getaway. The rooms are comfortable, the grounds surrounding the building are lovely, the restaurant is great, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. My husband and I visit frequently and each visit is better than the last.

I want to give a shout out to Jon!! He is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. The way he accommodated myself & my husband during this stay was impeccable. I am super grateful to have come across such a great heart of a human being. Jon, you deserve a massive raise. Customer service so on Point!!! Also I want to shout out to Aaron & the cleaning team as well. Hospitality was beyond my expectations. I will forsure be coming back in the near future to stay at this hotel. 100/100

Very lovely property. I arrived after a long drive and went to my room so I didn’t use any amenities. This site did not inform me of a $29 amenities fee, so that was a surprise.

We loved the cozy room that had a small balcony overlooking the lake. The room decor was lovely and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again when we are back in the area.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was large and open. We did see cosmetic items that show wear and tear but overall it was a nice place for our weekend get away. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant. The bartender makes amazing bloody Mary's! Even though it was 110 outside we strolled the patio and sat by the lake one morning. I was excited to see a turtle too! Given the heat, the pool felt amazing. Although the water was warm, it offset the outside temperature when you were lounging. They had one floating device, it would have been nice if there were another for at least a couple to float around. All of the front desk staff were amazing as well. I will definitely book here again when visiting the area.

A fantastic July 4th weekend at La Chateau — warm staff, a homey atmosphere, and a team that’s always available when you need them. Truly a welcoming experience.

Room was cleaned everyday staff were great. Breakfast was good would have liked a little variety each day but happy hour had best wings

AC needs to get fixed. Honestly regret paying for a room when basic amenities weren’t even working. Pool was a little dirty. AC was FUCT. But the site is beautiful, so I guess that makes up for it??

in pool house keeping and maintenance people was so helpful our bathroom shower was backed up hotel beautiful front staff not so nice.

The room was beautiful, very open and we had the corner room so 2 different views of the lake. Restaurant was closed for dinner due to the 4th of July holiday, a little inconvenient. Our remote to our tv wasn’t working and took 3 hours to resolve. Wasn’t happy about that but they tried to make our stay special by giving us a bottle of champagne. Don’t stay on the grassy area by the lake, a ton of ants on the property. Overall a peaceful, scenic view of the lake. Bathrooms were modern and updated. Maid services interrupted my nap in the morning though trying to come in. Walls a bit thin, you can hear your neighbors above and next to you.
