Everything. Very pleasant and convenient to everywhere. Nothing....

We chose this hotel for location, pool and hot tub. It looked great online. Arrived to a sign on the desk stating hot tub was broken until further notice. We inquired if we could receive a small discount on the room since that was one of the reasons why we had selected this hotel. We were told to ask the manager the next day. We checked room. Husband said sofa felt dirty. Room was not what we expected for quality. Checked the pool and it was greenish brown in appearance Looked absolutely disgusting. We were told it was because the paint was peeling off but it was usable. Front desk said nothing they could do about our reservation- at that point we wanted to cancel and relocate. Expedia was contacted and we were able to get all but 1 night refunded. Which still was not ok but we could not get the front desk staff to assist/refund anything. I won’t ever even consider this hotel chain ever again!!!

When we entered the room it seemed as though the beds were fresh, towels too. However, the table between the Queen beds was sticky, the drawer was sticky and the phone was absolutely filthy with crumbs and stains all over it. The bathroom had smears of what might have been a food substance behind the door and near the sink. The ice bucket was similar to the phone and bedside table. After leaving the property for a short while we struggled to get into our room, the door was catching somewhere. The key worked but the door was jammed. Finally, it opened and we learned that we had to push the deadbold in before closing the door to have successful opening. We did not complain, we simply didn't touch the things that seemed off. I simply didn't have the time to move rooms or deal with the issues beyond avoidance. I did use wipes to clean the table surface. I was sorely disappointed after reading the stellar reviews. We often travel to Omaha, but I don't know if we will stay again.

Hot tub jets wer not working, the pool was dirty to where you couldn't see the bottom of the pool. The room door handle broke and couldn't be fixed. The AC was set at 68 and wasn't blowing cool air. The front desk staff was very nice and the breakfast was good.

The room was separated to accommodate a sleeper sofa and storage space was very good. Hours of free breakfast were not late enough for weekends. Machine coffee.

The pool was murky you couldn't see the bottom. The hot tub jets weren't working. The pool area was not well kept. The rooms were nice and big and the lobby was clean and big. The room tub was a bit grimy. Breakfast was good. Can't say it was worth the money though.

Good staff super clean pool could use some remodeling but everything else was great even breakfast
