Our room looked, and smelled very fresh and clean when we walked in. The room had everything we needed. I had requested a handicapped accessible room for my 90 year old mother, and the bathroom was perfect! The bathroom was very large, with ample room to navigate for someone using a walker. The shower was amazing! Very easy to get in and out of, and had a nice shower seat. My sister and I were able to easily help my mom take a shower. The hand held shower nozzle was an added bonus! The bathroom was also very clean, and well maintained! The beds were absolutely amazing, as were the pillows!! So clean, and fresh smelling. It was like climbing onto a cloud, when you got in bed! Felt so wonderful! We had stayed at a different hotel, close by the Doubletree the night before this, and the difference was remarkable. The other one couldn’t even begin to compare to this one! We would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Hotel was under renovation and the elevator closest to our room was out. Otherwise the room was nice and clean and quiet.

They are doing construction right now - which meant only one of two elevators were working. Had to wait longer than usual - but honestly everything else was great!

We had a quick overnight. We did eat breakfast in the morning. It is OK. Nothing to write home about. Staff was courteous and the room was very nice.

I appreciate that my children were able to eat for free. The soaps and lotions were a great perk in the room. The pool and hot tub were clean and fun. The cookie given at check-in was unexpected and delicious. Breakfast was not included for adults. This was my fault for not noticing while hooking. One of the elevators wasn't working during our stay, but the stairs were fine from the third floor.

It was cozy and the pool was nice, we liked the bar and restaurant downstairs. And the curtains were awesome according to my children!
