Very nice hotel . I loved it.
-
Tiny room no central AC
-
Overall, pleased with this property. Sheets didn't stay on the mattress and bathroom door would properly shut, but other than that, i really liked the decor and pictures of outfitted sheep.

Wonderful stay. Do recommend
-
Amazing customer, service, queen, boutique, hotel, conveniently, located near easy access to freeways

Some staff was super helpful, others were not at all and had attitude. The water from the sink spelled horrible. The shower also had poor water power. The pool was a let down. But the property and dining area were beautiful. The stuff that was nice helped make the stay pleasant. The water from the sink was probably the worst part though.

Great overall!

The hotel was lovely. Very clean and well maintained. The only thing was I felt that $30 a day for parking was a bit steep.

We don’t recommend this placep
-
We don’t recommend this place. The staff were rude and unhelpful

The bed is a queen but it must not be the standard size most of us are use to as it is very small for 2 standard adults. The bathroom is big but the shower lacks any shelving to put your stuff on and the water from the shower leaks to the floor of the bathroom. Worst of all there is no shower pressure to the point that I could not rinse the shampoo out of my hair. During our stay there was only a handful of other occupants and there is a $30 charge to park in an empty parking lot with zero security or purpose. It feels like paying to park at a suburban motel 6. I think this needs to be revisited by management as it was not disclosed to us prior to booking and it definitely leaves a bad impression. The biggest issue is that I was charged a miscellanous fee of over $120 that posted to my account and was eventually refuded one week later. I called multiple times and left 2 messages and spoke to someone over the phone and never got a call back. Not even a courtesy call to explain the charge or to tell me when to expect the refund.
