Clean and super convenient

Very nice for the price and super clean and friendly staff. Loved the dog prize ;).

I was overall content about everything. Clean establishment, inside and outside, felt save as female traveling alone. I liked the lobby. Very happy 😊. I would recommend and I would definitely book again. Thank you to the staff. They were very helpful and friendly. Help me in any inquiries I had. Btw rooms have everything you need.

Exceptional

It seemed like it could have been an ok place but thanks to their internal policy to oversell rooms and turn people away upon arrival, I can only speak to how my stay at Sonesta Select was, the hotel less than 2 minutes up the road. The staff was extremely helpful, room was clean and I’d rate the entire experience as relaxing and a much needed breath of fresh air from other poorly, mismanaged hotels, like The Tiller House.

Did not seem like a Marriott. This is an older property they tried to “dress up.” The room was 80 degrees: had to wait a long time to cool down. Could hear neighbors talking at 3am. Would never stay here again.

Cute decor and clean Inefficient staff

I’d give this place 5 starts based on the lady at the front desk alone. Everything else was great, beds were super comfy, and the rooms were decorated nicely and very clean. My only issue is when someone opens their door, it slams and you can hear that so… having that as your alarm clock at 5 am when people are going in and out of their rooms multiple times is not ideal.

The property was so adorable. Their attention to detail was excellent, and the rooms were very comfortable.

We reported the issue to the staff, but they were unable to fix it during our stay. We also never received an explanation for why it was happening, and were simply told that they would alert their maintenance group. While we appreciated their efforts, the issue remained unresolved and significantly impacted our stay.

Very good

The bedroom and bathroom was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The limited dinner was not worth purchasing. The food was cold and packaged. The drinks were short pours. Complimentry breakfast hours are late for us 7:00. The pool is very small.

Our challenges: Upon check-in, both the body wash and conditioner bottles in the shower were empty. Although I set it to the lowest fan setting, the air conditioner was very cold and loud. I woke up with a sore throat everyday. I ended up turning off the A/C. The service in the restaurant was not great.

Also , thermostat was not easy to operate. We like to sleep. Cold. The thermostat keeps cycling and will not run continually on cold
